    I have been a customer of Charlotte Russe for several years now and I have always been impressed with their selection of clothing and accessories. Their website is easy to navigate and they frequently offer sales and discounts.

    I particularly love their selection of dresses and shoes. They always have a variety of styles to choose from and their sizing is accurate. I also appreciate that they offer a wide range of sizes, including plus sizes.

    One thing I would like to see improved is the speed of their shipping. It sometimes takes longer than expected for my order to arrive. However, their customer service team is always helpful and willing to assist with any issues or concerns.

    Jeans with odd fit

    I just bought some jeans from this store and man, I was so let down by the quality. They were not only poorly made, but the fit was weird too. It made me look like I had something extra going on down there because of how the crotch bunched up. And to top it off, the back tag, you know, the one that always digs into your back, fell off after just one wear. When I tried to return them, they said no go. The whole thing was just not cool, and I won't be going back to that store again.

    Online shopping experience

    My experience shopping with this company online was incredibly frustrating. The communication was terrible, the product I got was totally different from what they said, the sizing was totally off, and the quality was just not up to par. Plus, there was no online customer service to help and no phone number to call for assistance! It felt like a total scam, and I just wanted my money back. Even after they got my return, I still hadn't seen a refund come through after 10 days. It was a total nightmare.

    High rise jeans purchase

    I just bought some high rise jeans from an online store, but man, they were such a letdown. The quality was total garbage - way worse than what I usually get from other places. So, I followed the return instructions hoping to send these things back, but dealing with customer service was such a headache. They basically accused me of lying about my order and wouldn't give me a refund. I felt like I got scammed big time and my whole shopping experience was a letdown.

    I can't believe how bold this store is to have such a crazy return policy, especially in the middle of a pandemic! Like, seriously, who thinks it's ok to only give you a 14-day window for an exchange or gift card when you can't even try stuff on in the store? It's just crazy and totally not cool. I was so mad when I found out about this after already spending my money here. And to top it all off, when I went back to use the gift card, the thing still didn't fit right! Now I have to make sure I go back within 14 days to swap it out. What a pain! This whole thing has really left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm definitely never coming back to shop here again.

    Rude manager, poor customer service

    The manager at the store was really rude and unhelpful when I went there. All I did was ask for help finding a certain item, but instead of giving me a hand, she yelled at me and said they didn't have any left. It was a frustrating and unnecessary experience. I'm going to contact the district manager to talk about this behavior that's just not okay.

    I had a pretty bad experience with their customer service when I tried to return an item. They wouldn't take it back in-store, so I asked for a prepaid return label like they said I could. But after I gave them my order number, they just stopped answering me. Dealing with customer service like that is super annoying.

    Two pair of boots

    I was so shocked when I tried to send back the two pairs of boots I bought online and found out I had to fork over a whopping $15 for each pair in return fees! I snagged these boots on sale - it was a buy one get one free deal - so basically, half of what I spent on the boots was just wasted on fees. It was super aggravating. I usually shop at other online stores that let me return stuff for free, so this was a real letdown. Better make sure you know your size before you buy, or you might end up losing a bunch of cash on return fees.

    I've been really disappointed with my recent experiences with the company. It seems like ever since they reopened, the quality and selection of the clothes have gone downhill. It looks like they're mostly selling stuff from other brands now, mostly from Asian manufacturers, and the sizing and quality have been off. I ordered something online recently and it was nothing like what I expected. And when I went to one of the reopened stores, most of the stuff there just seemed cheap and tacky. It's a far cry from the Charlotte Russe I used to know and love. It's really sad to see such a well-loved brand turn into what it is now. If they want to get back to how they used to be and stay competitive, they really need to rethink their current strategy and bring back the quality and style that their customers used to love.

    Wool jacket

    I just bought this wool jacket from the store, and man, let me tell ya, it was a total letdown. I waited forever for it to arrive, and when it finally did, I was completely shocked. The jacket in the photos looked so nice and fancy, but the one I got was like something you'd find in a discount store for kids' Halloween costumes.

    Clothing sizes varied, some items poorly sewn

    I wouldn't recommend spending your money on these clothes. They seem like they were put together kind of cheaply, you know? Plus, the sizes were off, so I ended up only liking one thing. Honestly, the quality is pretty low and I don't think it's worth the price. The only things that were okay were the two tops I got. They worked for what I needed them for. All in all, my first time shopping there was a letdown.
