As someone who loves buying jewelry and handbags, I gotta say, my time at this store was amazing. They had such a wide range of styles and designs that it was a breeze to find pieces that matched my taste perfectly. And let me tell you, the quality was top of the line - I always got compliments whenever I wore stuff from here. The staff really knew their stuff and were super helpful in helping me pick out accessories that went with my outfits. I ordered something online from this company, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how long it's taking to get to me. I placed my order over two weeks ago, and it's still not here. When I made the purchase, the website said orders usually ship within 5-7 days, but that clearly didn't happen. As a customer, I just want my stuff to arrive on time and as expected. This whole situation has me feeling irritated and kinda betrayed. If they can't stick to their shipping promises, then I'll just shop somewhere else.

I got these really cute earrings online and when they came, they looked nothing like the picture! I was so bummed because they seemed so cute on the website but in person, they were a major letdown. That online store saying they're "charming Charlie" is a total letdown. The clothes they sell online have no labels and seem like they belong on a cheap fast fashion site. I can't believe they're trying to pass off as a well-known brand without even bothering to label their clothes. Plus, the quality is subpar and they won't let you return anything. It's a total scam. Save yourself the trouble and don't shop on that site.

I bought something online and it came messed up. I messaged the company with a picture of the problem, but they haven't said anything back about how to return it. The refund process has been such a nightmare. I mean, waiting almost 2 months just to get my money back is ridiculous! It's frustrating and honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with this kind of hassle.
