Well ,cheap flight is really cheap Probably no price changes during the time and got good price from Delhi to Singapore ,not first time fourth times rather and at least I didn't find issue ,never gone through cancellation or refund process so don't know practically One possibility is no journey since long time so what exactly happened with services and it's management policies
Before booking when gone through some comments who have traveled in different locations have huge disappointment
Very obvious as I had no such experiences so surprised to read them Company should make also points cleared to unsatisfied customers.
