Got reprinted checks for free
I ordered some checks, but they never showed up in the mail. I was so confused. When I contacted them to reprint and charge me again, they were really kind and reprinted them for free! Finally got my checks and it was great. I'm definitely going to continue ordering from them and spread the word to my friends.
Personal checks purchase
The price for the personal checks I bought was really good, and I was happy to see that they threw in a checkbook holder for free. But I was kinda bummed about the expensive tracking fee, so I decided not to pay for it and ended up not getting my first shipment. They did send me a new one without charging me again, which was nice, but the idea of my original order maybe being lost worries me. I'm gonna reach out to the company to check if the first shipment got sent back.
Check purchase with matching address labels
I just got some new checks and address labels from this company. The checks are really nice and came pretty fast, but I ran into a problem with my order. I called to place my order and asked for my phone number to be added to the checks, which they did right. But I also ordered the matching address labels, and I still haven't gotten them. This is my second time ordering from this company, and I've always been happy with how quickly they deliver. But this time, I'm not completely satisfied with how things went.
Checks and checkbook cover order
I recently ordered some checks and a checkbook cover from this website, and the process was pretty straightforward. I was happy to see they offered free shipping, but it was disappointing because it took over three weeks for the checkbook cover and registers to arrive. That was not cool. The checks arrived on time, but I was really hoping to receive everything at once. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
One box of checks
I hardly ever write checks, but I had to get a new box and I accidentally ordered two. The customer service folks got back to me super fast after I emailed them, and they helped me return one and get my money back. They were really nice and made me feel important as a customer. The checks are awesome - really good quality and the security features are top-notch, especially for the price.
Business checks
I totally agree with the other folks who were let down by this company. My experience was just ok. The checks came in a good package so that was a relief, but I had a tough time dealing with their customer service. When I called them in Texas, the person who answered had a thick Asian accent that made things confusing. Even though we both spoke clearly, they couldn't get my order right. They forgot to include the binder for the checks, so now I have to wait almost three weeks for it to come separately. It was frustrating because it felt like they weren't really listening to me. The checks themselves were just average, nothing special. They got the business info right at least. But since I hardly ever use checks anymore, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.
Deposit slips
I just bought some deposit slips from the store. They were really good quality and looked very professional. Unfortunately, right after we got them, our checking account got hacked so we couldn't even use them. It was just bad timing, not the store's fault at all. But other than that, I was happy with the product.
Checkbook purchase
My experience with buying the checkbook was actually pretty good. I really liked how it came in a booklet that I didn't have to unwrap. The security steps they took to check my account were thorough and made me feel safe. The only thing I wish was different is that the carbon paper could have been a little thicker, but considering the price, it's not a big deal.
Personal checks
I got these really cute personal checks that I was so excited about. But when I tried to use them at the post office or any place with those fancy check machines, they just wouldn't scan properly. It was so annoying because the staff had to manually type in all the info every time. I bought 4 whole boxes of these checks and now the people at the post office are counting down the days until I use them all up.
Need improvement
I would like to bring attention at printing part.Earlier our company faces some mistakes in print and fade colors.Later we got a letter confirming this will not be repeated.
This assurance was true but after four months we faced delivery problem and probably first time in last 11 months.
So this is my humble request to makers SuperStore be maintain this name Super by taking all possible precautions.Not difficult to understand this is a product of daily use almost.
Our company is associated with your company for last several months due to quality printing and pleasant design.So any delay in delivery will cost us big.
