    Full refund from delayed order

    After waiting over two months, I still hadn't gotten the item I ordered. According to the tracking, my package had been stuck somewhere. I decided to ask for a refund, and to my surprise, they gave me back all my money on PayPal. When you order from Chinese companies, you gotta be ready for anything. I was ready for a late delivery or a broken item, but I wasn't expecting a full refund. It was a nice surprise. My advice is to use PayPal for that extra layer of security.

    This is really good for money side

    I heard about Chinese manufacturers and i had my own doubts. But i am so happy that this one is really good in quality and also the buying process was super easy
    they offer the 3 months warranty period too which is a good relief for me
    apart from that the products from here are really reliable too , so its good deal and people can try if they are looking affordable electronics with quality gurantee

    High spec phone purchase

    I got this new phone from the company recently, and man, I gotta say I am super bummed about it. The phone took forever to arrive, and when I finally got it, I realized it wasn't what I expected at all. It had this funky custom ROM that was showing all the wrong specs, like the storage space and operating system. On top of that, it came with some nasty malware that messed up my email. When I finally checked the real specs of the phone, turns out they were way lower than what they advertised. Overall, this whole thing has been a huge disappointment and I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

    I bought a smartphone from this company and it was a total mess. It took forever to get the product, and when I finally got it, the operating system was nowhere to be found. I tried reaching out for support but ended up having to send back the phone on my dime. After over 6 months, I finally got the phone back, but it wasn't even worth the wait. The operating system was in English, but there was a button missing on the left side. All in all, it was a terrible experience that wasted my time and money. I definitely won't be doing business with this company again.

    I wanted to share my experience with a recent purchase I made from this company for a phone. It's been a total nightmare. I placed my order way back in May 2020 and still haven't gotten my phone despite reaching out to them multiple times. It's just so disappointing that I've been waiting this long and still have nothing to show for it. On top of that, I couldn't get any help from PayPal because I missed the deadline. The company hasn't taken any responsibility or shown any accountability. And to make things worse, when I tried to get some answers, a rep named Angelina was super rude and dismissive in their responses. It's just not cool to treat customers like that, especially when we're talking about a big purchase like mine. Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience so others can avoid the same headache.

    Faulty products

    I bought something from Chinavasion and man, it was such a letdown. The thing I got was messed up and didn't even work like they said it would. So I hit up customer service about it and they told me to ship it back on my dime and didn't even try to help out. I was so ticked off by their lack of responsibility and lousy service. Never gonna shop there again, that's for sure.

    I purchased some electronics from this store and on two occasions they claimed to have my items ready but then didn't! Once, they didn't have the product at all so they didn't even bother sending it. Another time, my order arrived broken and that was a major bummer. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, not even my worst enemy!

    I just bought a smartwatch from this company, and man, it was not a great time. They said it was in stock when I ordered it, but then I got an email saying it was actually out of stock. So annoying, you know? I was really looking forward to getting it quickly. And when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were just no help at all, acting like it was no big deal.

    Defective product under warranty

    I recently bought something that ended up being messed up. I did everything I was supposed to - sent them a video of the problem and gave them the broken item. They told me they'd fix it or give me a new one, but when it came back, it was still messed up. And then they wouldn't give me my money back, saying I'd had it too long, even though it was still under warranty. The whole thing took two months, with one month for shipping and another month for the so-called repair. Their customer service was terrible and they wouldn't try to work things out with me. I really don't recommend this company - they care more about your money than getting you a good product or helping you out.

    6 digital surveillance cameras and one NVR

    I bought 6 digital surveillance cameras and an NVR from this company not too long ago. Unfortunately, after just a month, the NVR and 2 cameras stopped working properly. I contacted Chinavasion about the problem, but they said they couldn't fix them because they weren't making those products anymore and didn't have any spare parts. I tried to talk to them about getting a refund, but it didn't work out. In the end, I wouldn't recommend Chinavasion to anyone because their products are not reliable and their customer service doesn't take responsibility for issues like this.

    Drone purchase with missing batteries

    I bought a drone and two extra batteries from Chinavasion, but when my order arrived, the drone was missing its battery and the two extra batteries were nowhere to be seen. I've been emailing back and forth with customer service, but they only refunded me for the two missing batteries, not the drone, shipping costs, or tax. It's been months of trying to get this sorted out, but it seems like they're not owning up to their mistake. I'm feeling frustrated and let down by the whole ordeal.

    I just bought a smartphone from this supplier, but man, I've been having a pretty rough time with it. They kept pushing back the shipping date, and now I still haven't gotten my package.     Faulty earbuds, non-responsive customer service

    I've been really bummed out with how this company has been handling things. I bought some earbuds that just wouldn't charge up, and even though I've been reaching out for the last three months, I still haven't gotten a replacement or my money back. I got those earbuds for my nephew as a Christmas present, so it's a real bummer to see this kind of bad customer service. I'd definitely warn people to think twice before buying from them since they don't seem to care much about keeping their customers happy.
