    OH WOW , THIS IS SOMETHING

    Chinee laundry was not the first choice of mine until the few months back where i had to buy the pair of shoes for myself. It was like i just did without looking for anything specific
    But at the end i got surprised, the randomly bought shoes from here was so good and i find it so comfortable in wearing
    Its suits my whole likes and i think i just found something where i would like to shop more
    so yes i am looking for the better experiments
    Chinese laundry is seriously good ! i mean i am still surprised.

    Chinese Laundry shoes

    I needed to reach out to customer service because my order was taking longer than expected to process. Originally, I was told it would take 3-5 days, but it had been 7 days with no movement. This was frustrating because I wanted the order to be a Christmas gift. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and slow order fulfillment. This whole situation has turned me off from ordering from this company again. I think I might stick to shopping in actual stores from now on.

    I bought some shoes online not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the service I've been getting from this company. I placed my order on October 25th, and here we are, still no shoes in sight. They made a label for my order, but I haven't gotten any more info on where my shoes are. It's pretty frustrating to not know what's going on, and the customer service hasn't been great either. I'm feeling pretty let down by the whole situation. If I don't get my shoes or some updates soon, I'm definitely gonna ask for my money back.

    Online shoe order

    I ordered these shoes for my cats, but they sent me baby shoes instead. They were way too small and didn't fit my furry friends at all. Now my cat is upset because she couldn't get dressed up for the other cat's birthday party. I need a refund and the right shoes sent to me ASAP so this doesn't happen again. Thanks.

    I ordered my shoes on May 10th and they still haven't arrived! I tried calling customer service, and they told me my order was picked up on May 12th, but I can't get ahold of them now. It seems like they're dodging my calls. I left two messages and haven't heard back. This is terrible business!

    I bought some sandals from their website, and man, it was a total disaster. The package never got shipped, even though they gave me a tracking number. When I tried to reach out to them on Instagram, they straight up deleted my message. Their customer service is the worst! I'm not putting up with this nonsense, so I'm filing a claim dispute with Amex to get my money back. Don't even bother shopping on their website, it's a total scam!

    Sandals for vacation

    I tried to order sandals twice from this website. The first time was back in March for a vacation in June. Unfortunately, the delivery kept getting delayed until they never showed up. I contacted customer service and they said it was FedEx's fault, and gave me a refund. Despite that, I decided to order them again in early May. But once again, the delivery had issues. This time they said there was a payment error on their side and asked for my credit card information over the phone, which made me uncomfortable. I canceled my order right away and made sure to get my refund. I don't trust this online store anymore because of their delivery failures and strange payment requests.

    I'm really upset with the service from this company. I ordered a pair of shoes, and even though they said it was sent through Fedex, it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten them. The tracking number they gave me seems fake because there's no info about the shoes being shipped. And when I try to call them, I never get an answer. This lack of communication and customer service is not okay.

    The return policy is terrible - they don't give you a prepaid label like most other online stores. And it took me a whopping 4 months to get my refund processed. That lack of care for customers has made me swear off shopping at this store ever again.

    Shoes never received

    I bought a pair of shoes back in March 2021 from this company, but the shoes never showed up even though the tracking said they were on their way. I was chill about it and waited a few months because of the whole Covid-19 situation, but by September, I finally reached out to ask what was going on. Turns out, the company couldn't find my order and refused to give me a refund because they said I missed the 60-day return policy. That policy apparently started from the date of the order, not when I actually got the shoes. I tried to fix things but now the customer service folks aren't even responding to me.
