Cloos x Brady Grey Tonic sunglasses purchase
These sunglasses are just the best when it comes to style and sophistication. I always get so many compliments whenever I throw them on, and they really take any outfit up a notch. What really makes them stand out is not just their killer design but also the fact that I got prescription lenses at first, then switched to non-prescription lenses after my Lasik surgery, all without paying extra. The customer service team was super helpful and on top of things the whole time, which made the whole process easy and fun. Seriously, if you want stylish and practical glasses, these are the ones to get. I can't recommend them enough.
Brady x Cloos frames
I had a problem with my second pair of frames, the Brady x Cloos, as the arm broke again. But I have to give a shout-out to the Cloos support team for how quickly and effectively they fixed the issue under warranty. They sent me a new pair right away, no questions asked, which totally turned things around. The Brady x Cloos frames are seriously stunning and I always get compliments when I wear them, so they're a go-to for me. Thanks to their awesome customer service, I'm now a loyal customer and will definitely be telling my friends and family to check out their products.
Stylish and well-made sunglasses
I was super impressed with what this place had to offer. The sunglasses were not only cool looking, but they were also really well-made, way better than the other options out there. But what really got me was how helpful and supportive the staff was. They didn't pressure me at all to buy anything, but instead, they helped me find the perfect pair. Quick and efficient resolution
I had this problem with the glasses I bought, one of the frames had a loose screw. So I contacted their customer service and I was pretty impressed by how fast and well they fixed things. They tried to fix the frames at no extra charge first, but when that didn't do the trick, they quickly sent me a new pair of glasses for free. They not only fixed the problem quickly, but the glasses themselves are really high-quality and look great. I'm super happy with the service I got and I would totally suggest their glasses to anyone looking for a new pair.
Replacement frames for broken glasses
After my glasses were about two years old, I accidentally broke one of the arms off the frame. I reached out to customer service to see if they could fix it, but they said they don't do repairs. However, they totally surprised me by sending me a whole new pair of frames for free! I was so happy with how fast they helped me out and the awesome service they provided.
Cloos x Brady In Grey Tonic purchase
I just got these Cloos x Brady shades in the Grey Tonic and man, they are awesome! They look really good on me and everyone keeps telling me how great they look. Customer Service has been super helpful and quick to answer all my questions about the Cloos Club and getting replacement lenses. I'm really impressed with how cool and well-made these glasses are, I’m already thinking about getting another pair in a different color. Thanks so much!
Paloma Bourbons sunglasses
I bought a pair of Paloma Bourbons sunglasses back in March 2021. Unfortunately, one of the temples came off after a while. I contacted customer service to let them know how bummed out I was, and they shocked me by offering to send me a brand new pair of frames right away, no questions asked. Their customer service is seriously top-notch and hard to come by these days. I was super happy with how they handled everything and definitely suggest this company to everyone.
Quality sunglasses at fair price
I love sunglasses and I've tried a lot of different brands. But let me tell you, Christopher Cloos has some top-notch sunglasses at a decent price. I've never had any problems with shipping or the quality of the shades. They're definitely my favorite go-to brand.
