White gold midi disc chain with initial
The customer service at this place is seriously amazing! My husband received a Christmas voucher from work, but it didn't cover everything we wanted to buy, so we had to reach out to them. Mollie was incredibly kind and assisted us in figuring out how to pay with a different card. She even sent us a link to complete the order the next day. It arrived really quickly, even before Christmas week! The packaging was beautiful as well. I purchased a white gold midi disc chain and I'm excited to add the new initial for our baby!
Really pretty necklace with a heart pendant
Oh my gosh, I am totally obsessed with my new necklace from here! The pendant is in the shape of a heart and it's so pretty and shiny. The customer service was absolutely amazing, they helped me out with my order and delivery. I felt really great about shopping here because they made sure I was well taken care of. The pricing was reasonable and the delivery was fast. I absolutely adore my new necklace and would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!
North Star Signet Ring
Oh my gosh, I just got this incredibly beautiful North Star Signet Ring and I am totally obsessed! This is actually my fourth piece from this store, and I just can't seem to get enough of their adorable and one-of-a-kind jewelry. The ring is so small and delicate, it's like I hardly even notice it on my finger. And let me tell you, Chupi's customer service is absolutely amazing - I am definitely planning on coming back to shop here again.
Husband's wedding ring replacement
I've been to this really cool place before when my parents got their wedding rings, and they were so nice. Then we had to get my dad a new ring because he lost his in the ocean (classic dad move). But the Chupi team was amazing and made it all super easy. They even hooked us up with a discount, which was awesome! Sarah and Sorcha were the best, they made us feel so special. Initial personalized necklace
I just bought this necklace from them, customized with my initial, and totally loved it! But then I lost the initial disc and felt so bummed out. I decided to contact the company and was so pleasantly surprised by their amazing customer service. Katie, especially, was super nice and helped me get a replacement disc. I'm so happy to have my necklace back and am really grateful to the team for all their help.
Engagement ring
I recently got engaged and found the perfect ring that my fiancée absolutely loves. The people at the store were so friendly and really helped me choose the right one. They even resized it for me when I realized I got the wrong size! I'm really excited to go back for our wedding rings.

I just have to say, this jeweler is absolutely amazing. From the minute I placed my order, they paid attention to every little detail. Lovely rings
The rings at Chupi were really awesome and unlike anything we'd seen before. The staff was amazingly friendly and let us try on as many rings as we wanted. They even resized them for us to make sure they fit just right. I ended up choosing the Hawthorn design because it reminded me of home, and my groom went with the driftwood design because he thought it looked really unique. We absolutely adore our rings!

I placed my order on Black Friday and the wait time for my custom size was longer than I expected. I ended up changing my mind a couple of times until I finally found a stock item I liked.
