Slipper UGGs purchase
I was on a mission to find these UGG slippers for kids and, after a lot of looking, I finally tracked them down at City Jeans! The shipping was crazy fast and I was over the moon when they showed up. The prices were really good too, like not too crazy high, which was amazing. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!
Sprayground bag
City Jeans is a legit website that I wasn't sure about buying from at first. But, I decided to go for it and I'm really happy with how it turned out. The customer service was awesome - they gave me all the info I needed and made sure everything went smoothly. When my order got to me, I was stoked to see that my Sprayground bag had all the extra stuff it was supposed to and was packed up perfectly. I definitely suggest City Jeans to anyone who wants a solid online shopping experience. And just to clarify, this review is from an actual person, not some computer program.
Teenage mutant ninja turtle backpack purchase
I bought a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle backpack from this shop not long ago. The shipping was pretty normal, and the backpack arrived in good shape. But after just three weeks, it started looking worn out. I contacted the customer service team to let them know about the problem since the product was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. They got back to me quickly and asked for pictures of the damage. I sent them the pictures like they asked, but sadly, I haven't heard back from them since then. It's been disappointing not getting any updates, especially since I was hoping they would fix the issue.
Shoes online
Do not order from this company the order process on the website it’s OK their shoe policy to return shoes it’s not OK whoever review this company has 10 all the way it’s obviously not true they send me wrong shoes the service is not good because they’re not trying to send me the right shoes pricing it’s OK delivering aS well but trying to deal with these people it’s not BEWARE
