Mixed feelings about Clarks shoes
As someone who has worn Clarks shoes for years, I can confidently say that they are a reliable and comfortable brand. Their selection may not be as trendy as some other brands, but that's not really their focus. They seem to prioritize practicality and durability in their designs.
I particularly like their boots. They have a good grip and have held up well in wet conditions. The insoles are also comfortable, which is important to me because I do a lot of walking.
One downside is that their prices can be a bit high. But, considering the quality of their products, I think it's worth it to invest in a good pair of Clarks shoes.
I should also mention that I have only shopped for Clarks online, so I can't speak to the in-store experience. However, their website is user-friendly and the shipping has always been prompt.

So, I messed up again and didn't bother to check the reviews before getting three pairs of sandals in the wrong size. The return was easy, but the real hassle was waiting three weeks for my refund. After feeling irritated for a while, I gave customer service a ring. To my surprise, I only waited on hold for about 13 minutes before Angela A. answered. She sorted everything out quickly, and I gotta admit, even though the refund delay was annoying, Angela's help made up for it.
Free return shipping label
I had a problem getting a free return shipping label from the company's website. Even though I entered my Quebec zip code, the website wouldn't give me the label. So, I called their customer service and I was happy with how quickly they helped me out. The person I talked to spoke French really well and they quickly emailed me the shipping label I needed. The whole thing went well and their customer service was great. Thanks for your help!

I just had to ask for a return shipping label from the company because the website wasn't taking my order number. Chelsea helped me out with this problem, and she really knew her stuff. She quickly confirmed my info and sent me the label by email. I liked that she respected my time and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, Chelsea's service was really impressive.
Boots return process
I just had to send back these really cute boots I bought because they didn't fit right. The return part wasn't too complicated, but I was bummed when I realized they hadn't refunded me until I got in touch with customer service. Luckily, Marian W helped me out as soon as I reached out to them.

The customer service at this place is top-notch. The staff are really nice, super professional, and always go above and beyond. I've been a regular here for years, even after I moved to Canada.
Boots returned

Finally, I was able to talk to a helpful rep and got my problem sorted out. It was such a frustrating experience that ended up leaving me pretty disappointed.
