Water and air filters for refrigerator
I've gotta say, I was really impressed with the water and air filters I bought for my fridge. I've bought them three times now and they always work great. Yeah, when I swapped them out, I had to drain like 3 to 4 gallons of water each time, but I think that's just par for the course with replacement filters. One of the filters had a crack, but Clatterans sent a new one right away, no questions asked. Their customer service was on point. Overall, my experience with Clatterans has been positive, and I'll definitely keep ordering from them. Their filters work well and the price is right, much better than the crazy expensive ones from brands like Whirlpool. I can't complain about Clatterans at all and I hope it stays that way. I'm not about to shell out tons of money for a water filter when Clatterans offers a more affordable option that still gets the job done.

Filter replacement purchase
I ordered some new filters from this company not too long ago, but unfortunately, all three of them were no good. I decided to contact customer service about their one-year warranty, and I was really happy with how fast they got back to me. Within a few days, they sent over replacements. The one filter we're using now is working great and we're pleased with how it's performing.

Water filter purchase
I was really disappointed with the water filter I got from this company. It seemed cheap and didn't work well at all. I had a bunch of problems with it - they even sent me the wrong one three times before getting it right. And then they signed me up for automatic orders without even asking me! Their customer service was terrible, too. I tried calling but no one ever picked up, and the mailbox was always full. Overall, this whole thing has just left me feeling really let down and annoyed with how unprofessional and uncaring this company is.

I ordered some air and water filters from this company, but they sent me the wrong ones. Trying to sort things out and get the right filters or a refund was a total nightmare. After tons of emails and phone calls, they finally gave me a prepaid label to send back the filters, but I never actually got my money back. Their customer service was beyond awful and it seems like they have no clue how to deal with mistakes. I even had to get my credit card company involved to try and get my cash back. Whatever you do, do not trust this company.
Water filter purchase
I recently bought some water filters from this company and, to be honest, I wasn't happy with how it all went down. The filters didn't line up right with the cap arrows like they were supposed to, and once I got them in place, they only worked for a few minutes before making weird noises and stopping altogether. I tried two out of the three filters and had the same issue each time. When I tried to get help from customer service, they wanted me to send a video showing the problem, but with a maximum file size of 500kb, it was impossible to do. On top of that, their website contact info was all messed up and my emails didn't go through. All in all, dealing with this company was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend using their products to anyone.

I bought two refrigerator water filters from this company back in January. The first one I put in with no problems, but the second one had an issue - the o-ring was messed up and it started leaking. I knew it was a defect, so I contacted the company for help. But they told me my warranty had already expired, and they wouldn't help me out. I was really let down by their lack of customer service. I wouldn't suggest buying from them if you care about getting good customer support and having a company stand behind what they sell.

I bought some water filters a few months back and I gotta say, I'm pretty peeved at the service I've gotten. It's been two whole months and still no sign of my order. I've tried reaching out through email and phone calls more times than I can count, but all I ever get is empty promises in return. Just like all the other bad reviews out there, whenever I call, they just say they'll pass along my complaint to the warehouse. This time around, I've asked for a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm thinking about taking this mess over to the Better Business Bureau to try and get some help.
Unauthorized Subscription
This is such a total scam! I swear, I didn't buy anything and now I'm stuck in some subscription I can't even get out of. They keep promising me refunds, but guess what? No money ever shows up in my account. PayPal isn't helping either, calling it an unauthorized charge. Seriously, don't give this company your info or payment details. Can't trust them at all.
Filters ordered
I got some filters from this one place not too long ago, but they got my order wrong two times! Seriously, how does that happen? I returned them, but then I never heard back and they still charged me. I didn't even ask for the second set they sent, but they're still trying to make me pay for it. It's just not right, you know?

I bought some water filters for my fridge, but one of them didn't quite fit. I asked if I could get a refund or exchange it for a new one, but they told me no, since it was already past the warranty date. Guess I'll have to find a different place to shop next time.

When I tried reaching out to customer service, all I got was the runaround about tracking info being emailed to me, which never actually happened. Plus, their website didn't even recognize my account or order, which just added to my frustration. But, when I posted about my experience on a review site, they finally got their act together and sent out my order. It finally made its way to me in early May 2021. Even though it took forever, I gotta give them credit for eventually getting it right.

I bought some water filters from this company not too long ago. Turns out, when they showed up, they weren't the ones I actually ordered for my mom. I reached out to their customer service team and, in the beginning, they were pretty quick to respond. But after that, I only got one more reply from them. To make matters worse, I saw that they charged me again on my credit card, which was really confusing and annoying.

I bought some water filters for my fridge online not long ago. The first one was alright, but the second one made the water taste all chlorine-y, and that's no good. So, I switched to the third one, but it didn't fit right and was making a really annoying noise when I tried to get water. Needless to say, I was pretty let down by the poor quality of those filters.
