Code-Zero: A decent company, but nothing extraordinary
I've had the opportunity to work with Code-Zero on a few projects and overall, my experience has been pretty average. They offer a decent range of services, but nothing that really stands out as exceptional.
The customer service is satisfactory, they were responsive and helpful when I had questions, but at the same time, I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
The pricing is fair and inline with industry standards, but I've worked with other companies that offered more bang for my buck.
The quality of work was decent, but there were a few instances where I felt like they could have done a better job.
Overall, Code-Zero is a solid choice if you're looking for a reliable company to handle your project, but if you're looking for something truly unique or outstanding, you may want to keep looking.Crew uniform poloshirts
The polos we got for our crew in 2018 have a really cool design that's great for any time we're out on the water. They make all of us look awesome and unified. We went online to order some more for everyone, but there was a mix-up with how many actually got sent out. Even though there was a problem, the customer service folks were super helpful and quickly gave us a refund without any hassle. I was really impressed with how professional and fast they handled everything.
Multiple purchases over the past 12 months
I've bought stuff from this company a few times in the last year and I gotta say, their customer service always impresses me. The reps are friendly, know their stuff, and always help me out quickly. Plus, the products they sell are top-notch and they have a cool selection that you don't find at other UK stores.

So, I just gotta say, this company is a total joke. They never answer emails and their return process is a nightmare. Forget trying to call them - there's not even a phone number to reach them at. And their return page on the website is a bust, doesn't even work! I never got my money back for the return I made and it's been a huge hassle trying to get them to do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else to save yourself the time and frustration.
Misleading product information
The product info was all wrong and confusing, and I had to wait a whole week just to get some actual answers. The sizing was way off too, not at all what was listed. I tried emailing the company about it, but got no response. Now I'm stuck with a pricey jacket that's poor quality and doesn't even fit right.
Coat purchase
This company is such a pain to deal with, like seriously! I bought a coat and when I tried to return it, they hit me with this crazy postage fee. And to make matters worse, despite sending them tons of emails, they still haven't given me my refund. Their customer service is a joke and their prices are way too high for what you get. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I had to take my complaint to some consumer protection thing because of how terrible they've been.
