Several over the last year
I have purchased several items from the online store, I have been nothing but pleased with the quality, price, and excellent customer service when calling about an order, (A special order that was back ordered) I will continue to build my ever growing collection using Fairfield Collectables.
Ferrari
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered a model Ferrari for a coworker...to be sent to them at work as a present. After ordering I received an email that I needed to send them an "authorization form" since the model was being sent to a different address (not my home, but to a work address) Understandable...
I sent in the signed authorization form...to date the car had not arrived, so naturally I contacted them. Seems that the order was cancelled 4 days AFTER I sent the authorization. That's it, no other explanation.
My email to them:
" I don't understand. I sent the completed signed authorization on January 2nd, with the notation to let me know what else is needed, but yet the order was cancelled 4 days later? I don't understand, can you please explain?"
This was their email response to me:
"The order was placed on 12/22/23 and the email for form was sent 12/30 and then we waited until the 1/6/22 to cancel the order. If you want to re-order please call our customer service center and we will happy to help you."
I didn't mind their higher pricing since I know my coworker would really enjoy the car. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEMRolls Royce
DON'T BUY HERE. As of lately I've been getting broken cars from them, try to request a new one or refund and no response. I'm fed up with buying from them.
1956 Chevy
On 11/25/20 I ordered a 1956 Chevy diecast. Instead i received a 1969 Dodge charger. On 11/30/20 i called customer service & told them what happened, They said they would have to send me a shipping label. as of today 12/9/20 I have yet to receive the label. Apparently some of the people working at your company are careless or do not care if they send customers the right item or not .I have not decided yet if i will be ordering any thing more from your place again or not, Thank you,,
