I just got these awesome new shoes from the boutique and had the best customer service experience ever. I ordered them on Friday and started getting a little anxious when I didn't get a shipping confirmation by Monday afternoon. I needed those shoes by Friday, so I just shot them a quick email to ask what was up. Turns out they had arranged for express delivery, and I got my shoes on Tuesday! Their customer service was top-notch and totally went above and beyond. I'll definitely be shopping at that boutique again. Thanks so much!
Designer shoes purchase
I just bought some more stuff from that store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out. They shipped my order all the way from Italy to LA super quick and smooth, which was a nice surprise. The two designer shoes I got were totally legit and way better in quality than I thought they'd be. Plus, they hooked me up with some coupon codes that saved me a little cash. Authentic products, fast delivery
I just bought some stuff from here and let me tell you, these products are the real deal. The quality is seriously top-notch and I was blown away by how quickly my order showed up. But hey, I do suggest taking care of duties and taxes right away to steer clear of any potential shipping snafus. One thing that stuck out to me is that the US online store should offer all the same products that are available in European countries. It would give customers like me a lot more options to choose from.

Got the Birkenstock 1774 Sabot Niamey collection to see what the hype is about. Undeniably, the shoe looks good and fits well, but the price on the website did not match what I was charged so just be sure to check the import duties before you place your order. Other than that, I’m very happy with my order.
Lower-priced item with good shipping
I just bought something from this boutique and it was awesome. They had what I wanted at a good price, cheaper than other websites I checked out. Ordering was easy and my item came on time. The shipping was quick and I liked that they kept me updated on where my package was. I've shopped here before and everything always goes smoothly. They have a lot of cool stuff to choose from, something for everyone.
Clothing items
I had a really good time shopping at this boutique. The delivery did take a little longer than I thought, but I knew it was coming from overseas so it made sense. The customer service was top-notch, and the people working there were super friendly and helpful the whole time. Only downside was they don't refund the shipping fee for returns, which was kind of a hassle. But I'm hoping down the road they'll set up a warehouse in the US to make returns easier.
Missoni bath mat purchase
I just bought a Missoni bath mat from this cool little boutique and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the whole thing. The mat was gorgeous and it showed up real quick and nicely packaged. The shipping from Italy to the US was speedy, and I liked getting updates on the package tracking. It all went so smoothly, it reminded me of the fancy stores I used to hit up in NYC. All in all, it was a great shopping experience that I totally recommend.
Fendi Bag
I gotta admit, I was kinda on the fence about ordering from here, but the price was too good to pass up. So I went for it, and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised when my order showed up just a few days later. The Fendi bag I got was totally gorgeous, although I do wish they hadn't taken off the original plastic on the hardware. But hey, overall it was a pretty nice shopping experience and I'm satisfied with my purchase.
Handbag purchase
I got this super cute handbag online and it got here so fast, like a rocket! But when I opened the package, I saw there were these weird holey holes in the front. It looked like the sewing machine went a little crazy! I was kinda disappointed because I spent a lot on it. Luckily, the people at the store were really nice and said they'd give me a refund, so that was cool.
Windbreaker jacket
I bought my boyfriend the Tatras windbreaker jacket, and he was fairly happy with it. The hood is adjustable and has a nice-sized hand pocket, but it’s not warm enough for winter unless you layer. I would recommend sizing down if you want a more fitted look though.
Shoes from Europe
Wow, I can't believe how quickly I got these awesome shoes from Europe after ordering them online! I was kinda nervous at first because the prices seemed too good to be true, but I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and I'm absolutely loving them!
Shoes
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They told me they “refunded” me my order months ago and despite me reaching out to them, they will not help. I never got my refund. I have contacted my financial institution and even they are saying there is no history of a “refund” from them. Absolute crooks and beyond despicable. Will be taking this further and they will be held responsible.
Dress purchase
My recent buy from the boutique was amazing! I got this dress and it came super fast, like within a few days. When I got the package, I was so impressed with the quality of the dress. It was packaged really well and the dress itself is gorgeous. I could tell they put a lot of care into shipping it. And to top it off, I got a great discount on it too!
