I gotta say, I took a leap of faith and decided to order some ink cartridges from this company, and let me tell ya, I was blown away. I used to stick with those fancy, pricey name brands, but I'm so happy I made the switch. The ink cartridges from this company are top-notch - great quality and value. Ink purchase
I just wanted to say how great the customer service was - they were so polite, respectful, and super helpful. The ink itself is amazing, with vibrant colors that really pop on paper. Very nice quality
For my school project, i bought inkjet cartridge a few days back. It is really good and the performance is nice too. i would also like to mention the quality in the delivery. first it was on-time delivery with the updates that i was receiving and it made my work easy. second, the packaging was really good, safe and quality.

Aftermarket ink cartridges
I bought some ink cartridges from this company that were not the official brand, thinking I could save a few bucks. But man, when I went to put them in my printer, it didn't even recognize them! It was a huge waste of time and got me feeling pretty annoyed. I reached out to customer service, and they agreed to take back the cartridges, but they wouldn't cover the shipping cost! Let me tell you, I wouldn't suggest getting stuff from this company if you're looking for reliable products that actually do what they're supposed to.

I bought two toner cartridges from this company, and it was a complete disaster. I paid for the cartridges, only to find out later that they were actually out of stock. The lack of communication and organization was really disappointing and doesn't make the company look good. On top of that, the customer service I got was pretty terrible, which just left me feeling annoyed and unhappy.
