I switched to contact lense two years back. I always loved wearing glasses but it was quite hassled for me , so contact lense was recommended by my doctor . We found this site for me , and i bought my first set of elnse from here. Since they have good brands avaial it was easy to choose one for me and also i explore more about this. Its great experience, with the reminder i get the email so i always have lenses with me. Its really good service so i dont have to worry if i have a lense or not because this is really good.

Ordering my contacts was super easy - they arrived quickly and the website was a piece of cake to use. The only issue I ran into was on my phone when I tried to add my doctor's info. I couldn't manually type it in because her name didn't pop up, but I had no problem doing it on my computer later. Besides that little hiccup, everything else was a breeze. It was simple and easy to navigate through the whole process. And I gotta say, using my insurance benefits for the purchase was a cinch too.

Recent contact lens purchase
I just bought some contacts from this company. I was happy with how quickly and accurately my order was delivered. But, when it came to paying for a year's worth of contacts, I ran into some issues because I wear different lenses in each eye. This caused a delay in getting the right refund and I had to spend a lot of time talking to customer service. Also, it was a bummer to find out that the company doesn't do the B&L rebate program - I had to go to B&L for that info.

Buying my stuff online was a breeze, the website was user-friendly, and the folks on the phone were really pleasant. I just wish there was a way to track my order without having to call in.
Best deal on my contacts
Contacts Direct had the best deal on my contacts, like, I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. It was totally worth it to buy from them. The only thing that was kinda annoying was that I forgot to log into my account when I bought the contacts. So then I couldn't track my order, which was a bummer. Maybe they should add a way to track orders for people who don't have an account or forget to log in. But overall, it was awesome!

I usually wear glasses, but I like to wear contacts, especially in the summertime. It's nice to have the choice and be able to switch it up. Contacts order - arrived on time and correct
The contacts I ordered arrived right on time and were the correct prescription. It was super easy to upload my new prescription, but it would be awesome if there was a way for both me and my mom to order our contacts together like we used to. It's a pain having to log out and repeat the process.

Incompetence at its finest
I had such a frustrating ordeal with this company. They randomly cancelled my order, saying my prescription didn't match what I picked, but couldn't explain why. It took a lot of effort, but it turns out my first choice was correct all along. Such a waste of time and energy!
Contact lenses
So, I got these contact lenses and at first it was a real bummer because they weren't working for my eyes. I tried to return them, but it was taking forever to get my money back! I was so annoyed because I just wanted my cash, you know? But then, after a loooong time, they finally gave me my refund. It was seriously taking them forever, but at least they finally came through.
Easy online ordering
Ordering was super easy! I just clicked a few buttons and bam, order placed. But then, I didn't get any updates on when my prescription was checked or when my contacts were coming. I was left in the dark until they finally showed up in my mailbox.
Back-ordered contacts
I bought some contacts that were on back-order and had to keep checking the status through chat, which was pretty annoying. I wish they would have let me know they were out of stock before I bought them. Then when the order finally shipped, it said it would come on 09/12 but there was no tracking info. They didn't arrive on time and I got no updates. Instead, I just got a survey, which felt like a sorry excuse.
Contacts prices were good
The prices were awesome for my contacts. Ordering online was a breeze, just had to submit my prescription and boom! Few days later, got a call saying my contacts were ready at Lenscrafters. Picking them up was easy peasy. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!
