Customized shoes
I recently got some custom shoes from your company. The design was awesome, but the quality had some problems. There were bits of glue left on the sole, which is no big deal. However, there was a tiny flaw in the canvas, but I didn't mind because I really liked the shoes. The material was strong, but it felt stiffer and made a noise compared to my other shoes. Only wore them twice, and one of the lace holes came loose and there were light marks on the sole like they were from pressure. When I scratched them, they lightened and stayed that way, which I didn't like. Contacted customer service and they helped me return them. Not sure if I'll get a new pair because of the sole issues.
Its wonderful

Defect refund
I had to reach out to customer service about a problem with some shoes I bought. Even though I didn't realize there was an issue until six months later, I was happy with how they handled it. I sent them some pictures of the problem, and they quickly offered me a full refund. I could've been upset and left a bad review, but their fast response totally changed my mind. They confirmed the refund within a day, and I was impressed by their professionalism and how they took care of the situation. Kudos to the customer service team at this store!
Cool shoes
I got these really awesome shoes from this website. Ordering was a breeze and I found exactly what I was after, but I kind of wish they showed a picture of the laces because they look a bit thin. The shoes came right on time as promised. I was a little apprehensive about them using Evri for delivery because I've heard mixed things, but luckily everything went smoothly. I did come across some negative reviews of the company, but thankfully I didn't see them until after I had already bought my amazing shoes.
New sneakers
I was a little worried at first because I saw some negative reviews online, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. The payment process was a bit of a struggle because the website was acting glitchy, but I reached out to them via email and phone. They got back to me really fast and sorted everything out just like they promised. Crisis averted! My new shoes came earlier than expected, and the packaging was in perfect condition. Definitely would trust them again if I need more sneakers. Thanks for resolving the issue!
Classic sneakers
These shoes are awesome and they go with everything! I really like how they look and feel on my feet. They may not be super cushy inside, but they last forever and look great. I want to buy more pairs in different colors and designs because they're just that amazing!
