I bought the 2 knee sleeves. The price was $20 last year, I see they have brought the price down. They don't work. They worked the first time but haven't since then. I was going to returned them but couldn't find my receipt. Save your money and don't buy this product.

Negative- I placed my order on March 28th and it took until April 2nd to finally shipped even though it had already cleared my account..It was supposed to be here on the April 7th, and I'm still waiting on it..There has not been an update on when it's going to be rescheduled for delivery.. This should not take this many days to ship or be delivered..They certainly did not have to wait days to get there payment...
Copper Fit Never Lost Mask
I ordered the masks a few weeks ago. When I checked the status of my order, the site only shows the order has been placed - no delivery date or tracking number. I have sent several emails requesting a status and only receive an auto-response telling me someone will get back to me shortly. No response. I have called 3 times and sat on hold for over 20 minutes each time before just hanging up. At this point, all I want is my order cancelled and my money back. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Shame on me for not reading the similar reviews first.
Never Lost Mask
Ordering was very easy. Got confirmation right away. A week later, checked status - no movement. Called, waited on hold 20 min, hung up. Emailed - got auto reply that would respond shortly. 2 more emails, nothing. Called again next day. Finally got through to CS. On backorder for another month. CS nearly non-existent - very bad. On a side note, they state FREE SHIPPING and then charge under SHIPPING $3.99 for S&H and P&H. Really?!?!?! It's not free.

Size is wrong for the XL 38-50 lol 50 is for a 300 pound man and the belt barely fits and I’m way under 300 lbs. Garbage.

Ordered the guardwell face mask weeks ago. Emailed customer service, received an automatic reply that someone would get back to me shortly. Called the customer srvoce line only to hear it's out of my servvice area. Since I have verizon, that tells me it's international call. - I'm getting no response. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
