Unbelievably terrible company! At first they make it seem like they will take care of your order but then after spending over $500 on my sons costume, they made a mistake and sent it to the wrong customer and now won’t respond to me at all! I would absolutely never use this company again! And they don’t have a phone number to call to talk to anyone either and still have not refunded me for their mistake! My biggest issue is they won’t respond to tell me if they can send a replacement! So very upset about this! This was for an important event!
