Dress alterations needed
I recently bought two dresses from this website and I was pretty happy with the quality. However, I was really bummed out by their return policy. I mean, I know I agreed to it, but it wasn't explained very well. I had to make some big changes to both dresses because they wouldn't give refunds for unworn items or wrong sizes. It was a pain in the butt and it convinced me not to shop there again. The dresses were cute and all, but that return policy just didn't sit right with me. Luckily, I found the same dresses at Nordstrom for the same price, but with way better return options.
The fine taste in the gowns are the best
I am not someone who needs gowns that much, i honestly i don't even like it . Its not my type of dresses i prefer
But whenever i had to buy one for parties or for someone's wedding, i buy it from here. They have the amazing trends all collected in one place i bought two gowns till now, one for my friend and second for me. It was the prom night for us and we bought both dresses after spending some decent amount of time

I'm a customer at CoutureCandy and I just bought this really pretty emerald green dress for a wedding I'm going to. The fabric is so beautiful and the color is just stunning. But here's the thing - the slit on the dress is kinda high for me, and I'm only 5'2" so it's not really my thing. I ordered a medium since I weigh 115 lbs, but it was a bit tight on me. Even with these little issues, I still think the dress is super pretty and perfect for a fancy event like a wedding.
Fast delivery, original designs, fair prices
My experience with this store has been really good. The stuff I've bought has always been just like they said, with cool designs that catch your eye. The prices are fair and they can hang with other stores. Ordering is easy and quick, and the people on the customer service team are nice and actually help you. And the best part? Gorgeous dress for pageant
OMG, this dress is so beautiful and it fits my daughter like a glove! We were a little nervous about ordering from this new site, but it arrived quickly and we absolutely adore it! We're so excited for the pageant in September!
Formal dresses on sale
I am really impressed by all the formal dresses they have on this site. The prices are amazing, with lots of dresses on sale for a good price. The quality of the dresses is also really good, except for one small issue I had with a design flaw in one of them. But that wasn't the store's fault, it was the manufacturer's fault. The shipping was fast and the orders were packed really well, so I was happy with that too.
Communication delay, pleasant customer service, timely delivery, happy with purchase, will shop again
My experience with CoutureCandy was a bit rocky at first because of some communication issues, but when I finally got in touch with customer service, they were super nice and helpful. They made sure to let me know that my dress would be on its way soon, and sure enough, it came right on schedule. I'm really happy with what I bought and I'm definitely planning on coming back to shop again soon.
Perfect prom dress
The dress was so beautiful! It looked just like it did in the pictures online. I had actually seen the same dress at the mall for $130 more, so I knew I was getting a great deal. I decided to go with the 3-day shipping option and was really happy when the dress showed up sooner than expected. It was packaged really nicely in a dress bag on a hanger. I will definitely be coming back to shop here again!
Daughter's dress
I was really happy with how quickly I got my daughter's dress from this store. They kept me updated throughout the shipping process, which was awesome. The dress looked just like it did in the pictures online. I'm definitely happy with my purchase and would totally suggest this store to others.
Gorgeous Dress!
Oh my gosh, I found the most amazing dress at this store! It's super sparkly and absolutely perfect for prom. The shipping was crazy fast, but some of the jewels are already falling off, which is a bit frustrating. My daughter can't wait to wear it and feel like a total princess!
Overpriced, quality varies
I recently bought some stuff from this online store and my experience was kind of mixed. The things I got were a bit pricey for what they were, and the quality of both items was all over the place.
One of the items had sequins and glitter falling off everywhere, making a huge mess. I had to try it on in a spot where I didn't care about the mess, which was a pain. I contacted customer service about it, but still haven't heard back, which is pretty disappointing.
The other item I got was nice, but it was so long it felt like it was made for someone way taller than me. And the bottom of it was designed in a way that my alteration person couldn’t fix. It makes me nervous to wear it because I feel like I might trip and take a tumble.
Overall, the items are pretty, but the quality and sizing issues are a bit of a letdown. I might shop at this store again, but I'll definitely be more careful next time.Wedding dress
OMG, the dress I bought is absolutely gorgeous! I was debating at first if I should get it, but when it came in, I was blown away! It looks exactly like the picture and fits me like a glove. I'm so excited to wear it on my special day!
Cocktail dress purchase
The cocktail dress is so pretty and got here right on time, but man, I was let down by how it was delivered. The plastic bag it came in looked all old and beat up, and the hanger was totally busted. I feel like a fancy dress like that should have been packaged up real nice to make sure it didn't get messed up on its way to me. Instead, it was just tossed in a box with nothing else to keep it safe. I've bought some pricey stuff before that was wrapped up all nice and even double-boxed for extra protection. You should really think about how you package up your items so customers get them in good shape.

They are the worst. Do not purchase anything from them. The dress didn’t fit at all. I called them one day after the delivery date ... they stalled ... stalled until finally They gave me a return number ... then said that they wouldn’t give me a refund but only a store credit ... if I used the store credit to buy another dress ... it didn’t fit properly again then I would have to eat it because they don’t take back anything that is bought with a store credit. However if I would like to get a refund on my original purchase then they would charge me 25% of my purchase price ... I would only get a refund of 75% of what I spent. How do they get away with this?
