Migraine relief
I've had really bad migraines most of my life. I've seen a bunch of neurologists and tried different meds, but nothing really worked in the long run. I moved to a new state and my new neurologist wasn't helping me with my frequent migraines, so I knew I needed a different solution. That's when I found out about Cove from a Facebook ad and decided to give it a shot. It was definitely the right move. Cove added Nurtec to my meds, which helped some, but I was still having too many migraines. After talking it over with the Cove doctor, we decided to switch things up and go with Qulipta and Zofran for nausea, along with Nurtec for when I actually have a migraine. Since making that change, I haven't even needed my rescue meds, and it's been almost a month since my last migraine. The whole process was super easy, the doctor got back to me quick and dealt with my concerns in a way that really helped. Cove even helped me find financial assistance to cover the cost of Nurtec and got my insurance to pay for Qulipta. It's seriously the best thing I've done for my health. If you're struggling with your current doctor, I definitely suggest giving Cove a shot.

I went to this place to try and get rid of my migraines and it was terrible! I paid for a consultation and two meds, but I got nothing. Can you believe that? I emailed them and they blamed it on a glitch and said they'd send the prescription ASAP. It's February 24th and still nothing! I'm so frustrated, like, it's such a rip-off!
Scam, Bad Service
OMG, this website is such a scam! I totally fell for all the good reviews, but they're all fake. First off, they charged me way more than they originally said for the consultation. The doctor took forever to even message me back. I had to wait days just to hear anything. And when they finally did get back to me, they didn't even have the medicine I needed. And to top it off, the "24/7" doctor totally ghosted me when I tried to reach out. It's a total mess, and I'm so mad I wasted my money on this stupid website.

I was totally into the products they were selling at first, but then they started asking for way too much information. They were all like, "Can you fill out this survey about your skin type and daily routine?" I mean, come on! Just let me buy my stuff and bounce, you know?

This place is really irritating, you know? They act all hoity-toity, but when you ask 'em something, they just tell you to go see a "real doctor." Excuse me, aren't YOU supposed to be the one helping me out here? And don't even get me started on that consult fee they slap on - why am I paying extra when I'm the one picking the meds? And don't even get me going on the customer service, those folks are clueless. The concept of this place is neat, but they seriously need to up their game, man.
Chronic pain relief product
Cove is just a scam that goes after folks dealing with chronic pain, making big promises but then letting you down. I spent a ton of time giving all sorts of details to the nurses, and they turned around and said my case was too tough. I told them how disappointed I was and asked for someone more experienced to review it, but my emails to Cove somehow vanished from my account. Total bummer.

I used to have a really good experience with this company, but lately, their customer service has gone downhill. They used to be so quick to respond and get things sorted out, but now it's like they just ignore my emails. They have no problem taking your money, but when it comes to helping you out, they're nowhere to be found. It's really disappointing to see a company that says they care about their customers not following through on that. I've tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times and even reaching out directly, but no luck. It's not cool to treat people with migraines this way when all we want is some relief. If you have other options, I'd say give them a shot instead.
Blood pressure monitoring devices
I just bought this blood pressure monitoring thing to keep tabs on my health, especially because of my high blood pressure. I've been using it consistently and was gonna show my doc the results. But, when I tried to give Cove my updates, they said my subscription got canceled 'cause I wasn't a good fit. I felt totally let down and like I lost the support I was counting on from them.
Refund request
I was really bummed out by how little help I got from the company when I asked for a refund. They basically did nothing to help me and didn't seem like they even cared about fixing the problem. Dealing with a company that doesn't respond and isn't helpful is super annoying. I wouldn't suggest bothering with them at all.
Prescription refill subscription
I've been a customer for a while now, and I have to say, this service has been a major letdown. I suffer from chronic migraines, so I really need my prescriptions on time to avoid unbearable pain and missing work. But Cove just can't seem to get it right. Out of all the times I've ordered, they've only managed to refill and deliver my prescription once in the past year and a half. This level of incompetence is just not okay, especially for people like me who rely on these meds to function. Their lack of responsibility has caused me so much unnecessary suffering and stress. It's really disappointing to see a service that's supposed to help people like me keep dropping the ball.

I recently bought a prescription from this company, and honestly, the whole experience was disappointing. I paid for the prescription, but then they told me my headaches weren't bad enough for the medication. It was frustrating and made me feel like I was misled. I just bought some prescription meds from this website I found. But here's the kicker - had no clue they only treated migraines until after I paid the consultation fee. Then, to top it off, they told me they only give meds for migraines. Even when I tried to explain that I had no idea about this restriction, they wouldn't give me back my consultation fee. Honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience overall. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about using this service - make sure you know what you're getting into before you buy anything.
