    Cowin: Average Audio Quality, Decent Price Point

    I've had mixed experiences with Cowin as a company. On one hand, their audio products have generally impressed me in terms of sound quality and design. I've used several of their headphones and a speaker, and have been happy with the audio output and overall build of the devices.

    However, when it comes to customer service, my experience hasn't been as positive. I've had to contact their support team a few times for various issues, and it's always been a bit of a struggle to get my problem resolved. There's a lot of back-and-forth and it can take a while to get a response.

    Another thing to note is that they don't have a physical store, so you can only buy their products online. This can be a bit of a downside if you're someone who likes to try things out in person before buying.

    Overall, I'd say that Cowin is a decent company with some good audio products, but their customer service could use some improvement. If you're looking for a reliable audio product, you can give them a try, but don't expect the best customer service in the world.

    Over-ear headphones purchase

    I just got myself some new over-ear headphones after doing a ton of research and trying out different ones. I ended up choosing a pair that has amazing sound quality, lasts a long time on one charge, blocks out noise well, is super comfy, and came in some fancy packaging. They arrived in a really nice box, making the whole thing feel extra special. The only thing I'd change is maybe include a longer charging cord because the one they gave is too short. But overall, I'm really happy with my buy and liked them so much, I got another pair for my wife too.

    Wireless headphones

    I've always had the worst luck with Bluetooth stuff. So when I got these wireless headphones, I didn't have high hopes. But man, these headphones have blown me away! Normally I have issues with sound, connecting, and getting them to work with my devices. But these headphones have been flawless in every way.     E7 headphones

    I bought these E7 headphones on 10/12/23 and got an email saying they'd ship within 24 hours. But a week went by and I heard nothing. I emailed them a bunch of times, but nada. Tried calling their customer service line, but it just had a useless recording and didn't connect me to anyone. Turns out I'm not alone - tons of other people have had the same problem, and are complaining on their Facebook page. So now I've gone ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card company because of the crappy customer service.

    Headphones order not fulfilled

    I ordered some headphones on January 6th and still haven't heard anything about my order. The tracking info shows it was received, but there hasn't been any movement since. I've tried emailing them, but no luck getting a response about the delay. It's really disappointing because I've always liked this brand, especially their comfy and awesome E7 headphones. It's tough to see a brand I respected possibly doing shady stuff by taking payment and not sending out orders.

    Replacement pair of headphones

    I just ordered a new set of headphones because my old ones crapped out on me. I was using them every day and really digging them. But man, I was so bummed when two months went by and I still hadn't gotten my order. I tried hitting up customer service with a bunch of emails, but I didn't hear back at all. It was super frustrating and made me feel totally neglected and unimportant as a customer.

    Noise-canceling headphones purchase

    The noise-canceling headphones I bought have a big problem - there's this annoying high pitched noise and soft clicking sound every second that drives me crazy. It's impossible to use them like that. I tried getting in touch with customer service to fix the issue, but they never responded to my emails or picked up the phone. I'm so frustrated and let down by the lack of help I got. Now I regret buying these headphones and feel like I wasted $49. I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone buy this product or anything labeled as E7.

    I received my order pretty fast, which was nice. I wasn't too happy with it and tried to return the items, but never got a response. I really should have checked the reviews before making a purchase. I think all the reviews on the website are probably fake.
