Cowin: Average Audio Quality, Decent Price Point
I've had mixed experiences with Cowin as a company. On one hand, their audio products have generally impressed me in terms of sound quality and design. I've used several of their headphones and a speaker, and have been happy with the audio output and overall build of the devices.
However, when it comes to customer service, my experience hasn't been as positive. I've had to contact their support team a few times for various issues, and it's always been a bit of a struggle to get my problem resolved. There's a lot of back-and-forth and it can take a while to get a response.
Another thing to note is that they don't have a physical store, so you can only buy their products online. This can be a bit of a downside if you're someone who likes to try things out in person before buying.
Overall, I'd say that Cowin is a decent company with some good audio products, but their customer service could use some improvement. If you're looking for a reliable audio product, you can give them a try, but don't expect the best customer service in the world.Over-ear headphones purchase
I just got myself some new over-ear headphones after doing a ton of research and trying out different ones. I ended up choosing a pair that has amazing sound quality, lasts a long time on one charge, blocks out noise well, is super comfy, and came in some fancy packaging. They arrived in a really nice box, making the whole thing feel extra special. The only thing I'd change is maybe include a longer charging cord because the one they gave is too short. But overall, I'm really happy with my buy and liked them so much, I got another pair for my wife too.
Wireless headphones
I've always had the worst luck with Bluetooth stuff. So when I got these wireless headphones, I didn't have high hopes. But man, these headphones have blown me away! Normally I have issues with sound, connecting, and getting them to work with my devices. But these headphones have been flawless in every way. They've totally changed the game for me and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Bluetooth headphones
I got these Bluetooth headphones for my dad for Christmas because his old ones broke. He says they're just as good as his old ones and loves that they cancel out noise so he can jam out to his music in peace. The best part is the super long battery life and the great deal I got right before Christmas!
E7 headphones
I bought these E7 headphones on 10/12/23 and got an email saying they'd ship within 24 hours. But a week went by and I heard nothing. I emailed them a bunch of times, but nada. Tried calling their customer service line, but it just had a useless recording and didn't connect me to anyone. Turns out I'm not alone - tons of other people have had the same problem, and are complaining on their Facebook page. So now I've gone ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card company because of the crappy customer service.
Headphones order not fulfilled
I ordered some headphones on January 6th and still haven't heard anything about my order. The tracking info shows it was received, but there hasn't been any movement since. I've tried emailing them, but no luck getting a response about the delay. It's really disappointing because I've always liked this brand, especially their comfy and awesome E7 headphones. It's tough to see a brand I respected possibly doing shady stuff by taking payment and not sending out orders.
Order placed a week ago
I ordered my stuff a week ago and haven't heard a peep from them. I even shot them some emails, but got no response! I'm starting to worry if I'll ever see my stuff. I read a review suggesting they could be a scam, and now I'm all jittery because I dropped a hefty sum on this order!
Earphones purchase
I had such a terrible experience with this company. The earphones I bought were totally dead when they arrived. I tried reaching out to their customer service using their website form, emails, and calls, but never heard back. I finally had to throw in the towel and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Luckily, they refunded my card, proving just how poorly this company handles customer problems.
Replacement pair of headphones
I just ordered a new set of headphones because my old ones crapped out on me. I was using them every day and really digging them. But man, I was so bummed when two months went by and I still hadn't gotten my order. I tried hitting up customer service with a bunch of emails, but I didn't hear back at all. It was super frustrating and made me feel totally neglected and unimportant as a customer.
Noise-canceling headphones purchase
The noise-canceling headphones I bought have a big problem - there's this annoying high pitched noise and soft clicking sound every second that drives me crazy. It's impossible to use them like that. I tried getting in touch with customer service to fix the issue, but they never responded to my emails or picked up the phone. I'm so frustrated and let down by the lack of help I got. Now I regret buying these headphones and feel like I wasted $49. I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone buy this product or anything labeled as E7.
Got my order fast
I received my order pretty fast, which was nice. I wasn't too happy with it and tried to return the items, but never got a response. I really should have checked the reviews before making a purchase. I think all the reviews on the website are probably fake. I decided to add a Trustpilot extension to help me choose better sellers in the future.
Headphones not fitting well
I ended up buying some headphones that just didn't fit the way I wanted them to. I tried to return them, but man, let me tell you, the customer service was just awful! They totally ignored my emails, the refund form I filled out, and even my phone calls. I swear, I'm never buying anything from that place again.

I decided to buy some noise-canceling headphones to help me concentrate better while working from home. After looking into it, I found a model that had good reviews for its sound quality. But boy, was I in for a surprise. The delivery was delayed, and when the headphones finally showed up, one of them wasn't even working! I tried reaching out to customer service, but they left me hanging with no response at all. What a waste of money, time, and effort trying to get this sorted out. Can you believe it? This is just not right!
Unfulfilled headset purchase
This website is total bogus, no doubt about it. I fell for those phony reviews and decided to order a headset back in September. It's been 2 months now and I haven't heard a peep about my order. I tried contacting the company but they're giving me the silent treatment. It's pretty obvious that this website is a scam, always coming up with new deals and products to trick folks like me into making a purchase.
Bluetooth headphones
I bought some Bluetooth headphones from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. When I first checked them out years ago, everything was smooth sailing. But this time? Total letdown. I got the confirmation for my order, but after that, total radio silence. I tried reaching out through email a couple times but never heard anything back. Pretty frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer at all.
