Various electronic components
I've been a loyal customer of CPC for a few years now and I've always been happy with the products I've bought. The prices are fair and they've got a wide range of stuff to choose from. But, I did run into a couple of issues with my recent orders.
One time, I got a package with a busted fluorescent tube. It wasn't CPC's fault, it was the delivery company's mess-up. When I let CPC know about it, they were on it right away and sent me a new tube without delay. Their customer service folks were really nice and got the problem fixed fast.
Then, there was this one time I got a faulty cooker that started overheating right out of the box. It was a bummer, but I get that these things can happen with mass-produced items. I told CPC about it and they quickly organized a replacement for me, no questions asked.

Lots of cool stuff
This store has tons of stuff to choose from and the prices are pretty good. I can easily find what I want and even see when things are coming back in stock. The delivery was really fast too, which was awesome.
Online invoicing experience
The online invoicing system was really frustrating to use. I had to come up with random details like the trading name for my relative just to buy something. Then, to make matters worse, the item got delayed and nobody even bothered to let me know.
