Prize winner;
I just won a giveaway prize from this company and man, I was blown away by how fast they got it to me and how great the prize was. So, I decided to give their website a look and was pleasantly surprised by how fair their prices were and how professional the whole operation seemed. Ended up ordering some stuff I've had my eye on for a bit, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how it all turned out. Customer service was on point, products were high quality, and everything went super smooth. Definitely would suggest this company to anyone in need of good products without breaking the bank.
Quality is outstanding
CPO commerce is my recent one, i found this randomly when i was looking for something new and that's how i found this one. Well, i am really impressed with the products i got here, Not just the quality is wonderful but also they have really amazing brands such as dewalt , bosch and honda. It's wonderful, i get my tools from here on time without any problem, its on-time delivery. Apart from good services, the wide selection of tools are amazing. they have almost everything from hand tools to outdoor equipment. My recent purchase
I bought something from this company not too long ago and ran into a small issue with missing hardware. Basically, one of the screws needed for the top cover didn't have a matching nut, which was kind of a pain. But, once I let the company know about it, they quickly fixed the problem. I was impressed by how fast they responded and how willing they were to make things right. Even though there was a tiny hiccup, my whole experience was pretty good and I'm satisfied with how it was handled.
Makita mower purchase
I ordered a Makita lawn mower but then figured out I actually needed the self-propelled one. So, I shot off an email to customer service to ask if I could cancel the shipment. They got back to me quickly and said it was all good. A few days later, they got the mower back and gave me my refund just like they said. Then, I went ahead and ordered the right model, and it came on the same day. It's working like a charm. All in all, I'm really happy with the customer service from this company.
New tools bought
I just received my new tools and they came super fast! I opened up the package and everything looked great. I'm really looking forward to using them for my next project. Hopefully they'll release more tools soon, especially the 12v ones.
Makita tools set with 2 batteries and charger
I just bought this tool set online that came with two batteries and a charger. Everything looked pretty new and they've been working great for me. I can't really say how long they'll last yet, but so far I'm happy with my purchase.
Tax-exempt account assistance
I just had to get some help with my tax-exempt account in Indiana, and let me tell you, the folks at this company really knew their stuff. The first person I talked to was so smooth handling everything, but then my computer froze up. Without missing a beat, they transferred me to another team member who kept things going right where we'd left off. The whole team was super professional and really knew their stuff, and I can't thank them enough for their help.

40-volt trimmer purchase
I bought this 40-volt trimmer and man, was I stoked about the price! It was seriously the best deal I came across. The delivery was super fast too, got it in just a couple days. This trimmer is awesome - no funky fumes, plus that big brush shield is keeping me way cleaner than my old gas one ever did. Thinking about switching out my circular saw for a Makita now, so I can have an extra battery handy.
Saw back in stock
I was so bummed when I found out the saw I wanted was sold out. But guess what? Got a notification that it was back in stock and I jumped at the chance to order one. The fact that they offer PayPal Pay-in-Four as a payment choice is awesome, so convenient! And to top it off, they shipped it out super quick - had it in my hands just a few days later. Pretty darn cool!
Hedge trimmer purchase
The hedge trimmer is a pretty good tool, but the handle could be better. The threads get loose while using it, so I had to wrap some duct tape around the connections to keep it in place. Other than that, the trimmer works great and gets the job done. It was also delivered fast, which was a nice bonus.
