Cut stack purchase
The customer service here is amazing. I recently bought the cut stack and I'm pretty impressed so far, although it's too early to tell if it's working fully. But let me tell you, DBal has really helped boost my strength and size. I've done two cycles in the past few years and I've seen some awesome results. For the first time ever, I was able to knock out 3 sets of 10-12 wide pull-ups. It only took about 2 weeks to start seeing some serious strength gains. I'm a 43-year-old guy weighing 185lbs and I highly recommend this company to anyone trying to reach their fitness goals. Promotion offer mishap
I made a huge order recently and got all hyped up when I saw they were offering extra supplements at a discount. So I went for it, but then my card ended up getting temporarily suspended! I had to go through the whole deal of confirming the transaction with my bank, such a pain. And even though my order was showing up as partially paid, I never heard a peep about the promo. No email, no phone call, not even a carrier pigeon - nothing! I dropped a bunch of money with them, so it would've been nice to get a little bit of extra love from the customer service crew.
Unopened product, returned due to personal reasons
I ended up buying something from this place, but for personal reasons, I couldn't actually use it. Even though I couldn't use the product, I have to give a shoutout to their amazing customer service. I sent back the unopened product, and the very next day after they got it, I got a quick refund. I hadn't even opened the bottle, but the return was easy peasy. I did have to pay for shipping, but that totally made sense.
Bulk supplements
I recently ordered a bunch of supplements and I have to say, I wasn't too happy with how long it took for them to arrive. The weather definitely didn't help, but it seems like whenever UPS or USPS is involved, things just move a lot slower. And you know, the longer it takes for a customer to get their stuff, the less likely they are to order from you again. Just my two cents.

I've been using this product for two weeks now, just like the instructions say, and to be honest, I haven't really seen any big changes yet.
