Cute sandals
Oh my gosh, I should've checked out some reviews before buying those adorable sandals! It was a total nightmare trying to place my order, seriously. I had to attempt it 4 times because it just kept failing. What a hassle! And then, guess what? They ended up randomly cancelling the main item I really wanted, but still sent me those cheap charms. Like, what even? Where's the logic in that? Now I haven't even received my refund for the cancelled item. And when I tried to shoot them an email, it bounced back! Ugh, so frustrating. This whole situation is really stressing me out. I was expecting better from such a well-known brand. Not cool.
Healthy and comfortable as nothing I ever tried
Crocs slingbacks, loafers and shoes are not just comfortable shoes.. well could have been enought in its own. But they take it even further.. the shoes are stable, they don't bend or twist side to side. the heel cup is good, arch contour is also great as compared to other shoes. It is made to therurpize your legs, keep it at utmost comfort. I wear it all the time since I bought it.. These are like awesome.. truly!
Not just something casual,.. these shoes are pretty shophisticated.. you can wear it usual formal occassions as well. They are really good for the feet.Slip-on shoes
These slip-on shoes are seriously comfortable and super lightweight. I was able to rock them all day long with no issues. They're made of tough material that's a breeze to clean, which is a major win for me. The design is basic but cool, so they can go with anything. I was pretty stoked by how nicely they fit and how awesome the quality is.
Order from official website
I just bought something from the official website and it was a bummer because it was the same deal for me as it was for my friend. I waited around for 10 days and didn't hear anything back from the customer service team no matter how hard I tried to reach them. It was super annoying and left me feeling let down by the whole ordering process.
Lightweight sandals
I bought some lightweight sandals from the store last week and man, was I bummed out with how they turned out. I only wore them a few times over the past year, and then out of nowhere, the back strap broke while I was at the airport. So, I had to buy another pair of sandals that were not comfy at all, and they cost me a pretty penny. It was a major pain and I was uncomfortable the whole vacation. I tried to contact the company for a refund or a new pair, but they straight up said no. So now I'm annoyed and out of money.
Delayed order, lack of communication
I made a purchase online recently and it's been 10 days without any updates on my order. I tried emailing and calling customer service, but no one got back to me. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be left in the dark like this.
Toy Story Croc release
I was really let down when I tried to buy the Toy Story Crocs. I signed up for email alerts so I wouldn't miss the release, but I never got one. When I found out they were out, I had trouble trying to buy a pair. After a bunch of tries, I finally got a pair, only for my order to get canceled three hours later. And then I saw the same Crocs on other sites for almost double the price. It was a rough time.
Crocs purchase for autistic child
I bought my autistic child a pair of shoes for their birthday, and I was really excited about it. But after waiting for a week, I found out that the order was randomly cancelled with no reason given. I was super bummed and irritated, especially since it was supposed to be a special present for my kid. The fact that the company didn't bother to tell me about the cancellation was pretty uncool and has me questioning if I can trust them.
Black Kadee flip
My experience with the black Kadee flip sandals from this store wasn't great. They broke the first time I wore them on my holiday. Even though I reported the issue within the 90-day warranty period, the after-sales service I got was really bad. They wouldn't give me a refund or a replacement black pair. They just sent me a white pair without asking me. I tried to reach out through email politely, but they ignored me or didn't bother to reply. I didn't expect such bad after-sales service. I wouldn't recommend buying directly from this store to anyone.
Online purchase from the official website
I just bought something online from the official website but had some issues. They weren't very good at keeping me updated on my order, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were totally unresponsive. It was super frustrating and really made the whole shopping experience a drag.
Returned item refund delay
I bought something from this store recently, but I had to return it because it didn't fit right. They got the return on January 29th, but I still haven't gotten my money back. I know refunds can take a while, but it's been way longer than they said. I tried to ask about it on their live chat on February 14th, but I haven't heard anything since. It's been really frustrating and disappointing, so I would tell others to be careful about buying from this store, especially if they might need to return something.
Cute, quality, and comfortable shoes
Oh my goodness, I seriously love these shoes! They're adorable and so cozy, plus they're super well-made. I wear them constantly, especially when I know I'll be on my feet all day. The only downside is that they're crazy expensive, and my family just can't swing it. It's a shame because we all think they're great. I really wish they'd lower the price so more folks could enjoy them without breaking the bank.
Crocs order cut off
I kept trying to order those Crocs over and over again, but every time I finally got through, I got cut off. I talked to customer service and they just blamed the bank, telling me to sort it out with them, which wasn't much help. I even tried different banks and PayPal, but the problem just wouldn't go away. The whole customer service situation was really disappointing.
Brown suede-like crocs with backstrap
I bought this cool pair of brown suede-like crocs with a backstrap for a hundred bucks. They looked really good to me. But, darn it, in just three months the backstrap broke. I was so bummed out because I couldn't return them without the receipt. I usually don't hold onto receipts for stuff like this, thinking they'd last longer than a few months.
