    Healthy and comfortable as nothing I ever tried

    Crocs slingbacks, loafers and shoes are not just comfortable shoes.. well could have been enought in its own. But they take it even further.. the shoes are stable, they don't bend or twist side to side. the heel cup is good, arch contour is also great as compared to other shoes. It is made to therurpize your legs, keep it at utmost comfort. I wear it all the time since I bought it.. These are like awesome.. truly!
    Not just something casual,.. these shoes are pretty shophisticated.. you can wear it usual formal occassions as well. They are really good for the feet.

    I have no issue with the actual shoes but I do have a problem with their customer service when they provide no response to an inquiry about an order.

    I placed an order for a pair of Crocs online for my daughter. The order was placed on a Sunday and I paid extra for the expedited shipping as I wanted to be sure and get them before the next weekend. I looked at the confirmation email for the order a little later in the day and realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I read on the Crocs order website that orders can be cancelled if within 30 minutes but that time passed before I realized my error. Since it was a Sunday and I knew the order processing was closed as was the customer service department I decided to email through the "contact us" option presented on the Crocs website.

    I requested that the size be changed for the Crocs I ordered if possible, as this size was listed as in stock when I looked so I thought it would not be a problem.

    The order was placed on Sunday, and I contacted customer service also on Sunday. I received an automated reply immediately after sending the message to customer service. The reply said that I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. I did not receive any response on Monday. Then on Tuesday I still received no response but did get a shipping notification that my original order, with the mistakenly ordered wrong size, was now on its way to me. It is now Wednesday, and past the 24-48 hours that I was told it would be to be contacted, and as of now I still have not received any reply at all about my attempt to contact customer service.

    I am assuming my original order will arrive later this week with the size I chose by mistake and I will have to deal with the hassle of sending these back and then placing a new order (probably not directly through Crocs) to get the pair in the size I actually need.
