Most reliable and best store known for fastest delivery either items is bigger or small I have recently changed my 55" 4K UHD to 75"OLED of Sony Bravia Probably world best brand I used my last tv for five years almost,no fault till the replacement with bigger size I can remeber two decades back when technician visit was nirmal every month
Yesterday one parcel delivered to me ,well on time and nicely packed as always they do care of safety Bose Sound link II Bluetooth speaker I have one best home theater of Bose And believe still this is master company who are making best sound systems in the world

Good product to replace a Sony soundbar and Subwoofer.
Had a bit of trouble connecting (eventually determined to be the fault of my existing TV.).
The tech (Wetzel) was on the phone with me for well over an hour. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Finally, just to check, we hooked it up to another TV and it worked perfectly. Also worked when I replaced the TV. The Sonos is much better than the Sony, hands down. I have purchased from Crutchfield several times before. Beyond dependable. I've been shopping at Crutchfield for years, and I've always had a great experience with them. The folks there really know their stuff when it comes to products and installation, which has been super helpful when I'm trying to make a decision. Their website is easy to use and makes it simple to find what I'm looking for. The Customer Service Team is fantastic and always there to help with any questions I might have. Car speaker purchase
I recently bought some car speakers from this company. I put in my car's info on their site to make sure I was getting the right size speakers. But when the speakers came, they didn't fit my car at all. The site said 6 1/2 inch speakers would work, but I actually needed 8 inches. I sent the speakers back, but had to pay for return shipping, which got taken out of my refund. Super frustrating since it wasn't my fault, but I had to pay for it. Next time, I'm going with a local company to avoid this mess.

I really liked how easy it was to find the product I needed for my car because of the search option. They did a great job keeping me updated on my order, from start to finish. I've been a customer for over 20 years and Crutchfield always goes above and beyond. Easy installation, thorough instructions
I just bought a radio installation kit from Crutchfield and I have to say, I was really impressed with how easy the whole buying process was and with how great the product turned out to be. They really thought of everything, from wiring adapters to faceplate adapters and install kits. The instructions they gave were super detailed and made the whole installation process a piece of cake. I had no trouble at all putting the radio in. This has got to be one of the best radio installations I've ever done, all thanks to Crutchfield going the extra mile to make it as simple as can be.
Headunit and speaker installation parts
I bought all the parts I needed from Crutchfield to put in a new headunit and speakers in my 2000 4runner. The instructions and pre-made harnesses they gave me made the whole installation a lot easier. I did run into a small hiccup though - had to adjust the front speaker placement and mess with my door cards a bit because the speakers I picked had a big magnet. But all the work was totally worth it because the speakers, p165si from a top brand, sound awesome and really level up my car jam sessions. Overall, super happy with my purchase from Crutchfield.
Installation plug assistance
I was really impressed with how much the website knew about helping me find the right plugs for my car. The info they gave me was quick and right on point, making it easy to shop without any trouble. The selection of speaker wire at this store is massive! I received my order really quickly and it was packaged really well. And they kept me in the loop on everything going on with my order. They let me know when they received it, when it was shipped out, and when it would arrive at my house. It was great!
Car speaker installation kit
Crutchfield is absolutely the best company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The people there are so friendly and really know their stuff when it comes to their products. I've been a loyal customer since the 90s, and whenever I need assistance or have to return or exchange something, all I have to do is give them a call. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted out, no hassle at all.
New head unit for my truck
I had to get a new head unit for my truck because the old factory one was really outdated. Didn't want to break the bank, so I checked out Crutchfield since they usually have good deals. And you know what? They totally came through for me! Had everything I needed to install it without a hitch. Super pleased with how it turned out!

I'm leaving this review for Crutchfield's AWFUL choice to use UPS for a shipper. I was told I would receive the ordered package today, 12/30/2022, and ordered 2 days ago. I saw the tracking update to within 30 miles from my delivery address around 6AM today. I saw at 1030AM that the status has changed to "incorrect address". I called UPS, they told me that I need to call the sender (crutchfield) to have them "request" the change of address. I did, then asked how long to take effect. "24 hours". hours later, no update. I've called UPS since, they tell me it will be delivered within a day, but that is impossible. the tracking status is the same (address change requested) and tomorrow is new year's eve. Forget it. will go somewhere else for my car audio from now on. suggest others do the same. all because of a simple TYPO and that crutchfield made the horrible decision to use UPS.
