New cool lawnmower
I recently got a new lawn mower and it's awesome! I've already used it for about 4 hours and it's been working well. The only issue is that the tires are no good. They went flat twice for no reason, no nails or anything. I had to get them fixed, but then one of them went flat again. I'm planning to swap them out for some better ones.
Snow blower purchase
I recently picked up a new snow blower and I gotta say, it's amazing! This bad boy is a total monster and tackles the job effortlessly. I decided to test it out on a higher speed than usual and man, it felt like I was about to take off down the driveway! That's some serious power for sure!
My new lawn mower
I recently bought a new lawnmower from this place and let me tell you, it really does a great job of cutting the grass! I just love how simple it is to operate and it's honestly so much fun to ride around on.
Line trimmer problems
I really can't stand my line trimmer. I was trying to step it up by getting a fancier one, but it just doesn't work properly. No matter what type of line I put in, it just keeps spitting it out. I even tried getting a new cutting head and it's still not working right. Such a waste of money! The design is terrible and I can't even vent about it anywhere. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't bother buying this trimmer. Just go grab a cheaper one from Walmart.
XR2 robot mower
I got this really cool new robot mower last fall and I've been using it for the first time. It's usually pretty good and does the job of cutting grass, but recently it's been acting up. Sometimes it won't even connect to the app on my phone! I knew it was pricey when I bought it, but I didn't think it would be such a hassle. Maybe if you have a big lawn it would be worth it, but for me, it's not all it's cracked up to be. The local agent has been nice, but I don't think they really know how to handle this thing yet. Maybe it just needs more time to figure out its issues. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it.
42" mower purchase
I bought a 42" mower from your store not too long ago. I'm pretty let down because it hasn't lived up to what I expected. After only two weeks of using it, the mower started having problems like leaking oil and smoke coming out. Even though it's only two years old, I've had to take it to the shop three times for repairs. I'm really disappointed in the quality of this product and I would advise other customers to think twice before buying it.
Lawn mower
Man, let me tell you about my experience with this company, it was a nightmare right from the start. Before I even handed over my first payment, I ran into all sorts of problems that were a pain in the neck to sort out. The customer service was totally useless and acted like they didn't give a dang about my issues. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, they went and took my payment ahead of schedule, leaving me all confused and ticked off. On top of all that, they unexpectedly slashed my credit line by 3 grand, which tanked my credit score. I tried to fight it by filling out paperwork, but the whole thing just left me feeling super bitter. If you're thinking about doing business with this company, I'd say steer clear, trust me.
Zero-turn mower purchase
I just got a new zero-turn mower, but it's been a real pain because of this major vibration issue whenever I turn on the cutting blades. The vibration is so bad that it feels like the whole mower might fall apart. Even though it's a strong machine and easy to take the deck off, the constant shaking has me really worried. I did some digging online and found out this is a common problem for a lot of other customers too, just check out the YouTube videos. It's frustrating to have this problem with a brand new mower, and even more annoying to hear that it's not just a one-time thing like the company says. The faulty pulley design seems to be a big issue that's affecting a bunch of mowers. I live in south Florida, where the grass never stops growing, so I can't afford to wait months for this to get fixed. The vibration not only makes me uneasy, but it could also end up damaging the mower in the long run. The bad design of the deck has turned what could have been a great product into a letdown.
Brand new zero turn mower
I just bought a shiny new zero turn mower from a store. But dang, after just two hours of mowing, the main drive belt fell off. So I reached out to customer service and they told me it would be a whole three weeks before they could even take a look at the mower and fix it. Man, I was super bummed out, especially since I dropped a pretty penny on it. And get this - turns out the warranty wouldn't even cover the problem. I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service and the company's rules.
Cub Cadet lawn mower
I just got a new Cub Cadet lawn mower and it was a total letdown. I thought I found a sweet deal on their website, but when I tried to buy it, the price magically went up. Customer service was no help at all - they were pretty rude and didn't solve my problem. Then, when I left a bad review on Trustpilot, it got taken down without any reason. I feel like I got ripped off and disrespected, and this whole situation is just not cool.
Lawn mower purchase
I really like the product I bought, but man, the customer service experience was just awful. Their whole customer service setup is a disaster. It's nearly impossible to reach anyone from customer service. I've tried emailing them, chatting online, calling them, but nothing works. The online chat just cuts off, emails go unanswered, and phone calls mean endless hold times with no help in sight. I even tried the callback feature, only for the call to drop when I picked up. So, I had to go find another company for parts and services for my lawn mower.
