Chicago steel cup map
The product is beautiful and well worth the price! I ordered about a month prior to when I needed to give it as a gift and unfortunately did not receive the gift in time. I emailed customer service twice and got a prompt reply both times apologizing for the delay. I decided to return/cancel the order since the occassion had passed and within an hour had my refund. To my surprise, the order arrived a few days later! It was beautiful and just what I hoped it would be! I emailed the company to explain the situation and explained I wanted to pay for the map as I would keep it and save it for a Christmas gift. I received a reply within a day advising me to keep the item, free of charge, thanking me for my support of small businesses. In this day in time, we are so used to immediate gratification (hello Amazon Prime) that we often forget the small business structure and their demand vs. needs. I will 100% order from this company again!

Product is great. Customer service absolutely awful. I ordered on November 29 and did not receive any sort of response until 37 days later. I also had to email 2 times, Instagram DM, and Facebook Message. Never buying anything from this company again until they can at least send some sort of update. "Running late or extremely backed up" or anything is better than silence.
