Recent clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes and I was really impressed with how good quality they were. The material was really nice and you could tell that they paid attention to the little things when making them. But, I did have some trouble with the sizes - a few pieces didn't fit quite right so I had to return them. It was a hassle, but they sent me the right sizes pretty quickly, so that was good. I wish they had a phone number to call for help right away, but they were quick to respond to my emails so I can't complain. Overall, this company has great customer service and their clothes are top-notch.
AO jogger pants
The jogger pants from this store, AO, are seriously amazing! The comfort and fit of these pants are unbeatable, and they look super stylish too. I was so happy with my first pair that I had to order another one right away. Just a small snag with my order when it came in, but thankfully Gil from customer service was able to fix it quickly. I reached out through email, and Gil replied right away with a solution that went above and beyond. I'm really pleased with the outstanding customer service I got and will definitely be coming back as a regular customer.
Clothing item for my son
I just bought a piece of clothing for my son, but it didn't fit him well. I wasn't too happy about their return policy, but I just went with it. Then, I gave them a one-star rating on a survey. To my surprise, I got an email from the customer service manager, Heidi. She was super helpful and really understood my situation. She gave me the personalized help I needed to fix the problem. Heidi's professionalism and dedication made me a satisfied customer who will definitely keep coming back to this store.
Men and women's top-quality clothing
As someone who's been a customer of this brand for a while now, I've seen how much it's evolved and improved over the years. The quality, fit, and style of the clothes for both men and women are really amazing. I do wish there were more color choices for the women's clothing, but I'm happy with all the options they have for men. You can tell that a lot of care and effort goes into making each piece, which makes it worth it every time I buy something new for my wardrobe.

I got these really great clothes that were like, top of the line in quality, fit me just right, and so comfy. Gotta give a shoutout to the sizing being spot on. Had a little hiccup with shipping around the holidays, but Irene from customer service totally saved the day! She was emailing me almost every day, keeping me updated and handling the issue like a pro. Oh, and last year I got some workout shorts for my nephew and he's still raving about how awesome they are.
Boxing Day mystery box purchase
I just bought a Boxing Day mystery box and ran into a small problem with the sizes of the shirts I got. The folks at this place really stepped up to fix it. They not only let me swap the shirt for the right size, but they also said I could keep the one that didn't fit. Their top-notch customer service really makes them stand out from the rest.
AO Joggers
I found out about this brand from a YouTube channel that I watch a lot, so I thought I'd check it out. Let me tell you, these AO joggers are top-notch when it comes to quality and durability. I bought my first pair a year ago, and they have been my go-to ever since. They were a bit pricey at the start, but honestly, they are totally worth it because now they are a key part of my wardrobe. The only thing I would recommend is to work on speeding up the shipping times to the UK.
Thermal purchase
I just got a thermal from this store and I gotta say, I was so impressed! The quality was even better than I expected and it fit me perfectly. There was a little problem with the size, but their customer service fixed it right away, which was awesome. The shipping was super fast too, I got my order before I knew it. Overall, I totally suggest this place to anyone wanting a cool and high-quality thermal.

I went to Cuts and I tried to return some stuff I bought that ended up being final sale, which I didn't realize when I got them. Luckily, the worker there was really cool about it and let me exchange them anyway. I thought that was really nice of them and it made me feel super happy.
5 items, returned 2 items
I bought 5 things not too long ago, but had to bring back 2 because they didn't fit right and weren't very good quality. I sent them back within the time they said I could, but then they told me I couldn't return them. I've been trying to get in touch through email and phone, but I haven't heard anything back about why they won't accept my return.
