Executive desk set
I just bought this executive desk set online and it's not too bad overall. The stuff got here pretty fast, like 6 boxes in total - 4 showed up on Monday and the other 2 on Tuesday. But when I was unpacking, I saw that one piece was all messed up. So I reached out to customer service by email and after a bunch of messages back and forth, they said they'd send me a new one. It's a pain though 'cause the replacement part is gonna take a while to come in and I really need it soon. But at least they finally agreed to send it.
Office furniture purchase
As a customer who's opened up 12 new offices in Metro Detroit since December 2017, I gotta say, ordering stuff has been a breeze. It's nice to have the peace of mind knowing my items will show up when they're supposed to, it's definitely taken a load off. My rep has been super professional and really helpful, which has made this whole thing a lot easier. Big thanks to Cymax for the smooth process and great service. Really appreciate you all making my experience a good one.
Recent desk purchase
I loved how easy it was to find my desk on the website and track the shipping. The desk is amazing! I'm so happy with it, and putting it together was a breeze... even though it did take a bit longer to get here than I thought. Overall, I was really satisfied. I've ordered furniture online in the past, and this was by far the best experience. Everything was packed and labeled perfectly, no missing parts or issues with reordering.
Amplifier stand
I ordered this really awesome amplifier stand and had to reach out to customer service. The person I talked to was super nice and answered all my questions, even though I asked a lot. Then, my order ended up getting delayed in shipping, but they were great about letting me know ahead of time. They can't control the shipping, but at least they care about keeping me happy. I can't wait to buy more stuff from them in the future!
Furniture set
I recently purchased a furniture set from this store and I gotta say, I was really pleased with the whole experience. Ordering was a breeze, customer service was great, prices were fair, and the delivery came faster than I thought. All in all, I had a really positive experience with this company and I'd for sure suggest it to others.
Corner Desk
The corner desk I got was delivered in good shape by FedEx Ground. It was a little tricky to put together, but all in all, it was a pretty good piece of furniture for ordering online. My daughter's been using it in her room for doing homework, and it's been working out well.
Furniture purchase for home office
I just bought some furniture for my home office from this store and man, I gotta tell you, I am beyond impressed with the quality. The customer service was top-notch - super professional and quick, which made ordering a breeze. I'm totally happy with my buys and I would absolutely suggest this place to anyone.
