I just bought something from an online store that's based overseas and didn't have many reviews. At first, I was a bit unsure about ordering from them, but I figured I'd give it a shot. To my surprise, the item was shipped out fast and showed up earlier than I thought. And guess what? It looked exactly like how it was described on the website, which was a big relief since there weren't a lot of reviews to go off of. On top of that, the packaging was top-notch - it was wrapped up really well, making sure that my item got to me in perfect shape. All in all, a pretty good experience. I'd definitely think about shopping from them again in the future.
Max Mara sweaters
I just bought some Max Mara sweaters from the store and I gotta say, I'm pretty darn impressed with the whole thing. The customer service was super quick to respond and really helpful with all my questions. And the delivery? It arrived way faster than I expected, all the way from Italy to Thailand. The sweaters got to my door in just a few days and they were packed up real nice so they were in perfect condition. All in all, I'm really happy with my buy and the store's service.
Belt purchase, disappointing packaging
I just got a belt for my daughter's 18th birthday from this store, and even though it came pretty quickly, I was kinda bummed about the packaging. Instead of being in the fancy original box like you'd expect from a high-end brand like Tory Burch, it was just tossed in some random fabric bag. It wasn't the cool unboxing moment I pictured when I wanted to give it as a special gift. It left me feeling disappointed and definitely took away from how nice the gift looked.
Max Mara outfit purchase
I was on the hunt for a Max Mara outfit and just couldn't seem to find one anywhere. But then I came across this cute little boutique and jackpot! They had the perfect outfit at the best price, and they even had my size in stock. I was over the moon with my purchase and you can bet I'll be back for more shopping here. Oh, and the packaging was top-notch too!
See by Chloe bag purchase
Oh my goodness, I was so impressed when I found a See by Chloe bag at this shop! I couldn't find it anywhere in the UK but D'aniello had it in stock! It was like fate, I swear. I wasn't sure at first but the bag arrived in just 5 days with tracking info from DHL. I'm definitely gonna shop here again!
Prada bag purchase
The Prada bag I got was so pretty and real. It got to the US within a week of me ordering it, which was awesome. The packaging was really nice and the bag looked just like it did in the pictures online. Only problem was my order wasn't showing up in my account, but when I contacted customer service, they got back to me right away with the tracking info. Overall, it was a good experience with this store and I'd definitely think about buying from them again.

I was kinda unsure about buying from this online store since I hadn't tried it before, but I'm really glad I did. I got this amazing bag and it came way before Christmas. Super quick delivery from Italy
Oh my gosh, I ordered some stuff on Monday and it already showed up at my door by Friday! Can you believe that? Plus, they even threw in this really nice linen bag with a sweet thank you note. It was so adorable, don't you think? I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future!
Late delivery, no communication
I had a really bad time trying to get in touch with anyone at that place. I sent them a bunch of emails asking about my order and never got a response. To make matters worse, when I checked my account, I didn't see any record of my purchase. Luckily, my order did finally show up after a whole 7 days, but it was super annoying not knowing what was going on. The product itself was pretty good, so I gave it an okay rating for quality and price. But man, their customer service was terrible - they need to work on that before I can give them a better rating.
