Travel bags and crossbody bag
The bags from this company are seriously amazing. I recently got a fanny pack and I'm obsessed with it already. It's comfy, looks great, and perfect for everyday use. I can't wait for my medium backpack to arrive for my upcoming trip, along with the black Rubi crossbody bag. I'm tempted to get another crossbody bag in Rye because these bags are just so good. I'm super picky about bags, but Dagne Dover has completely blown me away with their designs and how well they work. I'm so happy with my buys and I think I'm becoming addicted to them.
Short shipment, pre-paid taxes, smooth process
The shipping experience was awesome! Even though it was an international order, the package got here super quick and with no issues. I was so glad that the taxes were already paid, so I didn't have to worry about extra fees when it was delivered. The tote bag is great for beach trips and workouts. It's really good quality and big enough to hold all my stuff. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
My new bag
My new bag is awesome! It fits perfectly on my suitcase, and the pockets are the best. It holds all my stuff, and it's really comfortable to carry. I'm in love with it!
Indi Medium Bag in Camel
So I picked up this bag, and man, it's not good, like seriously. The quality is terrible - water just ruins it, and even washing it doesn't make a difference. On top of that, it's way too small inside for all my stuff. Even my husband thinks it's junk, but we only keep it around because it looks cool. And to top it all off, we lost the changing pad while we were traveling. I reached out to customer service, and they refuse to send a replacement, instead pushing me to buy some expensive one. Skip Hop would have just sent me a new one for free - why can't they be like that? Trust me, this bag is not worth it at all. Just pass on it.
Large Toiletry Bag and Landon Carryall Extra Large Bags
I recently bought a big toiletry bag and 2 extra-large Landon Carryall bags. But when my order arrived on December 2, 2022, all I found was 5 tiny bags in a huge box. Not one of the items I actually ordered was in there, and the packing slip said the right things, which just made me even more frustrated. It was rough dealing with customer service too - no one picking up the phone, and my messages taking forever to get a response. Basically, I was left high and dry, with my credit card charged for stuff I never got. This whole situation has been a huge headache, so I'd suggest being careful when you order from this company.
Wade Diaper Bag
I recently bought the Wade Diaper Bag as a treat for myself with a gift card from a department store. But after just a few days of using it, I saw that the insert on the shoulder strap was coming loose. Worried about the quality, I contacted the customer service team for help. Unfortunately, they told me I needed the receipt to get a replacement. I didn't have the receipt since I used a gift card and threw it away. Even after explaining my situation, they wouldn't help me get a new bag. It's upsetting that the company doesn't stand by their products, and I'm really frustrated with the lack of support from the customer service team. Because of this bad experience, I won't be buying anything else from them in the future.
Gifted backpack
I got this awesome backpack as a gift last year and it already ripped! I'm really disappointed because I only used it a few times and I always take good care of my stuff. The hole was totally unexpected and now I'm hesitant to keep using it, especially if it rains and makes things worse.
