I recently bought a Sulfur Face Mask from this company, and even though the product was fine, I was really bummed about some extra shipping fees that popped up on my bill. The mask was already kinda pricey, but I was okay with paying that for good quality. But then I got hit with a bill from FedEx for almost $40 in extra “Disbursement” and “Clearance Entry” fees. I was totally surprised because nobody told me during checkout that there might be extra costs. As a customer, it’s super important to me that businesses are upfront about any extra fees for shipping, and in this case, that was seriously lacking.
