Its really good in quality
My wife and i were looking for some home decor stuffs when i got here , They have really god replicas which looks amazing and antique on its own . I am not sure about the prices, well for us we bought one or two stuffs so itwas good but its bit expensive. So i recommend to buy only if you water to upgrade the bt of quality of your house or wanted to gift something to someone. they also have custom made decor items , and this is very good option to use it. I am sure there are lots of amazing services too but since i sued it once i am satisfied so far. so maybe in future we buy something but for now its good
Large collection of items for garden and indoors
I can't blame them at all! Even though there have been some quality problems with their Artisans, I've been a fan for years. I've had a few issues here and there, but their customer service always comes through and fixes them right away. I really enjoy the unique and lifelike items they sell, and while they may have shrunk their selection in the UK, I still manage to find plenty of pieces to add to my collection.
Garden Statue
I just bought this amazing garden statue from this company, and I gotta say, I was blown away by how well-made and detailed it is! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it really stands out in my outdoor area.
Statue for husband's birthday
Oh my gosh, I can't even believe it! I ordered this statue for my husband's birthday and it's been a complete disaster. First, they sent me the wrong item not just once, but twice! Seriously, can you believe that? Then, I had to call their customer service which was a pain, and send them photos of the damaged product. Like, why do I have to do all this extra work for them? And on top of that, I had to deal with all the packing and cleaning up that styrofoam packing material, like I'm their employee or something. It's been such a hassle, and I am totally done with it!
Statue Purchase
I ordered this really cool statue and had to wait forever for it to arrive. The company kept telling me it was on its way, but it never came. And then they told me it was discontinued! Can you believe that?
Rose Table Lamp purchase
Don't waste your money on this lamp, it's really not worth it. The quality is just awful. The glass pieces don't even fit right into the brass parts, so it's all wobbly. And the chimney doesn't fit over the bulb like it's supposed to, so you can't even use it properly. I tried putting it together and the glass shade didn't even sit right on the crooked brass shelf, then it fell and shattered on my rug. It's just a total disaster waiting to happen.
Dragonfly Tiffany lamps
I bought a couple of Dragonfly Tiffany lamps from Design Toscano about two years back and everything was cool until recently. I got home one day and noticed that one of the lamps had fallen off the stem and landed on the light bulbs. There was nobody home and no pets around to make that happen. I reached out to Toscano for help, but they weren't willing to do anything about it. It was super frustrating and their lack of customer service was really disappointing. Definitely not gonna order from them again.
Two items from the website
I recently bought two things from the website, but I wasn't happy with the experience. One of the things I got was really heavy. When I found out I'd have to pay for my own shipping to get a refund, I was surprised. The cost of shipping would be about the same as the item, which was not good quality. Besides, I couldn't really see the design of the item on the website because the pictures weren't clear enough. I have a background in art education, so it's crucial for me to check out the details of something before buying it.
Annual order
I've been a customer of this company for a long time now, and I've always been happy with my yearly purchases. But this time around, things weren't as good. The stuff I bought came in two different shipments, and the second one took about 10 days to show up. The packaging on that second shipment was really bad. The box looked beat up and like it was barely holding together with just one piece of tape that didn't cover the seams well. I was shocked that the contents weren't messed up given the condition of the box.
Statue purchase
I recently bought a statue from you guys, but man, it was a huge letdown. The quality of your stuff seems to get worse every time I buy something. I was okay with waiting four weeks for the statue to be delivered because I was redoing a room anyway. But ya know what? It didn't show up on time. So I reached out to ask about it and I got no response. Finally, after a couple more weeks, I was told it would take another eight weeks for delivery. That lack of communication and delay in delivery was not cool. I've been buying your stuff for 10 years, and to see the quality and customer service go downhill is really disappointing.
Alligator statue
Last year, I bought an alligator statue as a Christmas present. But after just 6 months, it started crackin' all on its own. I had it sittin' on my screened-in porch in Florida, no extreme weather or anything like that. It's a real bummer that the material couldn't hold up under those mild conditions. Definitely not worth the money, that's for sure.
2 lamps and a console cabinet
I got these awesome lamps and a cabinet from this place. They look so good in my room, but I was disappointed to hear they're not in stock until April and May. Plus, they charged me before even sending them out. Not cool at all. I might reconsider buying from here in the future.
Backordered item
I bought this thing like forever ago, said it'd take two months, but it's been 10 months now and still no sign of it. Called them up and they said it got lost, but never bothered to give me a heads up. Tried to cancel the order, but they said it was already in the works. Seriously the worst experience ever!
Buddha statue order
I found this Buddha statue I really liked in the catalog and made sure they had it in a smaller size by talking to someone from the company before I ordered it. But when I got the statue, it was totally different - wrong style and color. I called to try and fix it, but they were rude and blamed me for being confused by the catalog. After a bunch of calls, they finally refunded me for their mistake, but they wouldn't give back the shipping cost from the first order. Overall, it was not a good experience.
