    Recliner purchase lost in transit

    I recently got a recliner from this company, but it got lost somewhere during delivery. Despite that hiccup, their customer service was on point. They quickly gave me a refund for the lost item and even offered to send a replacement. Their level of service is top-notch, especially considering the challenges of the ongoing pandemic. I've bought stuff from them before, and every time the service has been great. Returns are easy and the furniture I've kept is really good quality. Mistakes happen, but it's all about how they handle them, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how this company deals with any issues that come up.

    This is beautiful

    I was looking for something like this for long time. i had some ideas and i wanted to get some good designs and i got this. They have amazing options in modern furniture which is really beautiful and suit the request i have . There are lots of stuff i am still worried as the price is bit more than i am used to and the delivery sometime gets effected. But apart from that , the overall site is good and i hope they do the changes in their services but more. ist comfortable and the design in furniture are really unique

    My cool stuff arrived

    I got all my stuff right on time and it was packaged super well. This store is seriously my absolute fave! They've got all these designer goodies that sometimes take a bit to arrive, but let me tell ya, it's totally worth the wait. I'd suggest this spot to just about anyone, I honestly have no idea where else I'd shop.

    Cane chairs

    I bought these awesome cane chairs that were so stylish and comfortable. But after a couple of years, the cane started breaking! When I asked about getting it repaired, they basically said, sorry not sorry, only a 2-year warranty. Can you believe that? I dropped over $2000 on these chairs and they couldn't hold up longer than that? Not cool at all!

    I bought some mirrors for my home office from this store. I was hoping to get them delivered on time, but unfortunately, I found out that they won't be coming for several months. It's really frustrating and inconvenient. It's just not cool to promise one thing and then not deliver, especially when folks like me are counting on it to set up our spaces.

    Pouf and Tray Sets

    My experience with this company was really not great. I got two matching pouf and tray sets and even double-checked the fabrics with samples, but when the order came in, the colors were totally off. I had already mentioned this issue before placing the order, but they still messed it up. On top of that, the trays were missing altogether. Finally, when the trays showed up months later, they were the wrong size and didn't even fit the poufs. It was a total mess and I was really let down by the whole thing.

    Recent furniture purchase

    I just bought some furniture from this store and man, I was super let down by their customer service. They're supposed to be all fancy and high-end, but the way they treated me was totally not cool. They never even gave me any tracking updates for my order, and they even sent me the wrong thing once. Plus, I'm still waiting on another purchase that was supposed to be here by now. It's just really frustrating how they don't keep me in the loop or get things done on time. I'm not happy about it at all. I'd tell anyone thinking about shopping there to think twice.

    Dining table set

    I am so disappointed with my experience at this furniture store. Ordering was fine, but the delivery was a complete disaster. I waited months for my dining table set, only to face constant delays and excuses. The delivery service they used, Ukay, was horrible - unprofessional, unreliable, and wouldn't even give me a set delivery date. It caused chaos in my schedule. And the fact that Design Within Reach didn't seem to care about their terrible delivery service just added to my frustration. I won't be shopping here again.

    Coffee table purchase

    I got a coffee table from them with no problems at all, but when I tried to order a rug, it was a whole different story. I had to send the rug back, and they hit me with a restocking fee that was based on the full retail price, even though I bought it on sale. The refund process is taking forever, and I'm starting to stress about whether I'll actually get the money back before my next credit card bill is due. I even attempted to cancel the delivery of the rug, but they wouldn't budge. It's just been one headache after another.

    Furniture for living room

    I had a really frustrating experience with the furniture I bought recently. I waited for months and finally got my order, only to find out that the delivery company sent the wrong items. XPO wanted me to sign for the wrong stuff, but when I said no, they were super rude and unprofessional. It's been weeks now and I still haven't gotten the right order. The way the company's customer service has been lacking is just really disappointing and not okay.

    Rug purchase

    I ordered a rug back in late November, thinking it would be shipped out in early December. But here we are a month later, and still no rug in sight. I tried reaching out to customer service, but all they did was give me the runaround about it supposedly being packaged and ready to go. Now it's the end of January and guess what? Still no rug. Just a bunch of lies and broken promises.

    Bed order

    DWR's shipping and logistics are a disaster. I ordered a bed back in October 2021 and they told me it would arrive in 4 weeks. But I didn't get it until the end of February 2022, and it was missing the footboard! It's been over 2 months now and I'm still waiting for the replacement parts, with no clue when they'll arrive. I shelled out over $3000 for a bed I can't even use, and now they want to charge me an extra $1000 for the missing piece. Their customer service is no help at all, taking forever to get back to me. I'm beyond frustrated and feeling let down by the whole ordeal.

    Discount issue

    So, like, I found this really cool thing I wanted to buy, right? And guess what, there was this amazing 20% discount on it! So I go to buy it, and the discount is still there. But then, after I get the confirmation email, it vanished into thin air! I was thinking, "What in the world?!" So I contacted them, and at first, they were all like, "Oh yeah, we'll fix it and give you a refund." But then, nothing happened! So I tried again, and this not-so-nice lady just said, "Sorry, can't help you." Ugh, so frustrating! Moral of the story: always take a screenshot of your order before paying, got it?
