Multiple item purchase
I wanted to share my recent purchase from DHGate with you. I was actually pretty impressed with how everything went down. All of my items showed up together in one package and they were all just as they were described on the website. There were a few small issues, but overall, I was happy with how fast everything got to me and the quality of the products - especially for the prices I paid. I think a lot of the negative reviews come from people expecting too much for how low the prices are on the site. I ended up ordering from the same seller a few times and I feel pretty lucky to have found such a reliable store. I totally trust this seller and would definitely recommend DHGate and this particular seller to anyone looking for affordable and good quality stuff.
Quality products, smooth payment and rapid shipment.
Don't pay attention to the negative reviews! I actually bought from this website a couple of weeks back and I was so impressed by how good the products were. The payment system went really smoothly and my order arrived super fast. Every now and then, the negative reviews can be accurate, so I recommend doing some extra research on the sellers or products before you make up your mind.
My kiddo love this
He loves the actions figures, all kind of. Mostly on his birthday or special occasions i bought this stuff. I trust on DH gate, they have the best qualities and price so far
Order never arrived
I ordered something, but it never arrived. I tried to track it and reach out to the seller, but no response. Seriously, what's up with that? It's totally not cool to pay for something and then not receive it. Feels like I got scammed, which is really frustrating. All I wanted was my order, you know? I'm extremely disappointed, for sure.
Sport t-shirt
I bought this sports t-shirt almost 4 months ago, but I still haven't gotten it. Feels like my cash just disappeared and the shirt magically transformed into a thong. Super irritating! I've attempted to get my money back from the seller, but it's like chatting with a brick wall. And whenever I reach out to customer service, they're MIA. It's as if they couldn't care less about us customers. I'm definitely saying nope to buying from this company in the future.
Football shirt purchase
I bought a football shirt on DHGate and it was a total disaster. I didn't get any confirmation of my order and they charged my credit card without telling me. It's not cool to leave customers hanging like that with their money. I'm definitely not using DHGate again after this mess.
Cool new hoodie
I got this really awesome hoodie, but man, it took forever to arrive. I mean, I've been waiting for like 10 days now and I still haven't gotten my refund from a couple months ago. What's the deal with that?
Shoes, bags, wallets purchase
I bought some stuff on DHGate not too long ago - shoes, bags, wallets, you name it. But man, was I let down. What I got was nowhere near what was advertised on the site. They were obviously knock-offs, and honestly, not even worth what I shelled out. The whole experience left me feeling bummed out, and now I know better than to buy from there again. And don't even get me started on those fake reviews and TikTokers pushing the products - it's all just one big scam.
Shirt purchase, not received
I bought a shirt on this website a couple of months ago and still haven't gotten it. I never got a confirmation email or an order number either. It really seems like I got ripped off and I'm super let down by how this company has dropped the ball on keeping me updated. I would definitely recommend staying away from their services.
Jacket purchase
I really wanted this awesome jacket that I couldn't find in my size anywhere, so I went ahead and made an account on DHGate to order it from a seller. Unfortunately, the seller informed me that it was out of stock and offered me a different one instead. I wasn't interested in that, so I decided to cancel my order. The problem was that the seller refused to cancel it, and DHGate couldn't assist me unless I received the item, which wasn't possible because it was out of stock. It was such a headache and left me feeling really frustrated. In the end, I ended up losing my money without getting anything in return.
Attempted purchase of an item
I had a lot of trouble trying to buy something on DHGate. I tried many times to make an account, but the website kept saying my email address was wrong, even though I know I typed it in right. They never told me how to fix it, so it was really annoying and I couldn't get anything done. It was really disappointing to have a problem like that when I just wanted to shop.
Fake products
I'm really let down with my recent purchases on this platform. In the past, I never had any problems, all thanks to their online customer support. Unfortunately, now it seems like the customer support is non-existent, and I can't reach them because the emails they gave are no good. I've been ripped off twice lately by shady sellers who won't give me my money back. I don't know what to do except to say I am DONE BUYING FROM THIS PLATFORM!
Handbag
I just bought a handbag from DHGate at a good price. But I've been dealing with some shipping delays that are making me a little nervous. It's been almost three weeks since I placed the order, and the bag is still on its way according to the tracking. With the payment deadline coming up, I'm concerned that it might not get here in time, and I could end up losing out on both the bag and my money.
Unreceived package
I bought something on February 29th, but it never showed up. The tracking just keeps saying it's on the way, which is a bummer because I was really looking forward to getting it. It wasn't anything super important or fancy, but I was still excited about what was inside.
