I recently bought a pair of jeans from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how everything went down. The jeans got to me super quick, they fit just right, and they showed up sooner than I expected. But, I couldn't help but notice that the quality of the jeans wasn't as good as the ones I bought from them before. Even with that, I haven't had any problems with their customer service. The price, though, was a little high for a pair of stretchy jeans, especially with the quality being iffy. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, but they could definitely work on their pricing and make sure the quality is consistent.
Recent purchase
I was kinda wary of buying something 'cause I saw some bad reviews, but it turned out pretty good. The stuff I ordered got here sooner than I thought and was all in good shape. Only problem was one thing didn't fit right, so I had to send it back. But they refunded me real quick, had the money back in my account the day after. The customer service folks were solid, especially Jessica who really helped me out with all my questions. All in all, I had a good time buying stuff from them.
Jeans and T-shirts
I gotta say, I was super impressed with the jeans and t-shirts I ordered. They look great, feel solid, and really catch the eye. Shipping was fast, which is awesome, but man, the sizes were way off. Had to send some stuff back and it was a pain to sort out the right size. Customer service was cool and tried to help, but it shouldn't be that tough to swap sizes. All in all, I'm pleased with what I got, but dang, dealing with the sizing mix-up was a bit annoying.
Perfect Experience
I had such a great experience with this company! My package got to me in just two days, and it even came with a return/exchange label inside, which was super convenient since I had ordered the wrong size. I sent the item back and got the right one in just 6 business days. Plus, I reached out to the call center three times for updates on my order, and they were so nice, helpful, and quick. Overall, it was totally perfect!
Recent online purchase
The customer service at this online store really impressed me, so I gotta give them props for that. But man, I gotta talk about the product pics on their site. What you see online ain't always what you get in real life. There's like a size and design mix-up going on with their products that's super annoying. It used to be a "what you see is what you get" kinda deal with this brand, but now it's all over the place. And don't even get me started on the whole different sizing systems for each country – it's just adding insult to injury. It's honestly so frustrating and turns online shopping into a total guessing game.
Jeans
I've been using this brand for over 10 years, and I've never bought it from the online store. That was the first and last time. It was my worst online shopping experience! Customer service is terrible, inefficient and they don't solve anything. They sent me a product with a manufacturing defect (twice, that is, a zero score for quality control and the warehouse) I returned it, they received the product back, but I have no prediction of when it will be accepted and after that when I will have my money back. Stay away from this online store! If you need customer service, it's practically non-existent. Terrible in every way!
