I recently worked with Digital Supply USA and overall, I had a pretty decent experience. The company offers a wide range of products, including phone cases and screen protectors for various devices. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I was looking for pretty quickly.

So, I got this front camera repair kit from this company and let me tell you, the quality of the tools they hooked me up with is top-notch. The kit came with a dope set of tools that made fixing my camera a breeze. The only hiccup I ran into is that even after using the kit, my front camera is still on the fritz. I have a feeling it might be because the kit didn't come with a rubber seal that's essential for waterproofing. If I had that extra seal, I could probably take a crack at fixing the camera connection myself. I'm gonna hit up the company to see if they can help me out by sending me another seal, because I really need my camera to start working. All in all, I'm happy with the kit, but bummed about the missing seal situation.
iPhone screen assembly and tool kit purchase
After I checked out the website and found it super easy to use, I ended up buying an iPhone screen assembly and a tool kit. And get this, my order showed up a whole day earlier than I thought it would! I have to admit, I was kinda doubting the quality of the stuff because the prices were so good, but when I got my hands on them, I was pleasantly surprised by how great they were. The iPhone screen assembly, marked as OEM Refurb with small parts, was even better than I expected. And the little tool kit that came with it was top-notch too. OLED display replacement for iPhone XS Max
The OLED display replacement I got for my iPhone XS Max was really good. The price was fair and it was delivered quickly. But, I was a little let down by the customer service. I really wanted to talk to someone on the phone about the different screen options, but because of COVID rules, I could only do an online chat. And even then, the chat wasn't in real time at first. I started the chat while the store was open, but had to leave my questions and was told to wait for a response. I didn't hear back until the next morning. Even though I eventually got to chat with someone, that delay was annoying. Still, I'd buy phone parts from them again.

When it arrived, I was happy to see that it looked really good, almost like the original. I put it in over the weekend and it's working great. The new glass digitizer and LCD actually showed up earlier than I thought, and they were packaged up really well, so nothing was broken. My husband was able to switch out the glass pretty easily. The only problem is that the fingerprint sensor isn't working, but I can reset my iPad to try and fix it. I just haven't gotten around to doing that yet.

2nd purchase with speedy delivery
So this was my second go-around ordering from this place, and let me tell ya, the first time was a hot mess. Didn't get my stuff, had to go to bat with my bank to get my dough back cuz no one from the company would talk to me. What a headache, I'm tellin' ya! But, against my better judgment, I gave it another shot. And what do ya know? My package actually showed up on time and all nicely wrapped. If it weren't for that first disaster, I'd give 'em 5 stars, but I'll let 'em off easy with 4 this time. Just a heads up if you're thinkin' 'bout ordering from 'em.
Quality products at excellent prices
The stuff they sell at this store is really great, and you can't beat the prices. But the website itself could use some work. The search function isn't always on point, sometimes showing things that aren't what you're looking for. The filters for searching are a bit all over the place and could use some organizing. And the tags on those filters are inconsistent, which makes it harder for customers to find what they want. The website menu even lists brands that don't actually have products available, which just adds to the confusion for users.
DIY iPad screen and digitizer replacement
I got my kit pretty fast and was able to replace the screen and digitizer on my iPad with no problem. I think I may have messed up the home button, but it's not a big deal because I can still use the on-screen one. I might give it another shot later. It feels great to have a screen on my iPad without any cracks, especially since I'm not very good with technology.

New phone battery
The service at that place was great! They really helped me out by putting in a new battery for my phone. Unfortunately, I’m still having trouble getting it to charge properly. I’m starting to think it might be an issue with the circuit, but I have no clue how to tackle that.
