    I recently bought some stuff from this fancy fashion brand that's all about cutting-edge designs and classic style.     I never actually tried the other clothing nd accessories category but i am planning to try it soon.
    Well i mostly prefer buying my makeup from here. Especially when they are offering the collections of the season, Its one of the interesting and chances you will get an amazing product at good price too.

    So the recent purchased i did was Diorshow color & contour. i will say this is the best thing to carry if you hate having too many makeup stuffs in your bag or simply traveling somewhere.

    The pen itself is amazing, it work good if you are using as eyeshadow and liner. Its gives a perfect sharp look without making it messy, you can go creative. I bought the brown and peach color combination. There is one more color option which is gold and blue. But i dont wear blue, so yeah brown and peach for me

    Item not permitted for exchange after 2 weeks

    I just bought something at this store and tried to exchange it for something I got two weeks ago at another place. The customer service was really nice at both the Dubai Airport and the Bond Street store in London. But I was bummed when I found out that I couldn't exchange the item for the same amount I paid in Dubai. So buying it at the airport basically meant I wasted my money since I didn't get any duty-free perks. The item wasn't too pricey, thankfully, but it was annoying that the rules weren't the same at both locations.

    Dior lipstick purchase

    I just bought this Dior lipstick not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was all thanks to the awesome beauty advisor who put me onto this brand. Stephanie W over at the Cambridge store really hooked me up with some great tips on finding the right shade for me. I was blown away by how good this lipstick was, I had to go back for more. Stephanie's knowledge and honesty totally made my shopping trip a breeze. Now I'm all about Dior products and won't be using anything else from now on.

    Body lotion J'adore

    I bought this body lotion called J'adore back in November 2023, thinking it would be a great replacement for my old bottle. But when I finally opened it in March, I was so disappointed! The smell was barely there, and to top it all off, the bottle was made of plastic. I seriously thought it was a knock-off. When I called the company to complain, they insisted it was legit and even tried to convince me to buy more products with their super sweet voice. Ugh, I feel totally scammed!! Dior, you're officially off my list!

    Limited edition lipstick

    My experience with the order went pretty well, but I gotta say I was kinda bummed about not getting any samples from this fancy brand. I had picked out my samples carefully, but then they told me I couldn't get any because of my payment method. They sent me to this person named Katusia who didn't really help me out, she just acted like she knew it all. The code they gave me was only good for orders under 75€, which seemed a bit much considering how pricey things are there. All in all, I left feeling annoyed and not too sure if I wanna shop there again.

    Beaded earrings with faulty closures

    A few years back, my spouse gave me these gorgeous beaded earrings. Sadly, the closures are busted now, making the earrings keep falling out. I tried calling and emailing the customer service team multiple times, but the responses I got were rude and not helpful at all. No matter what I do, I still haven't gotten any help fixing the issue. The lack of good customer service is a bummer and it's making me lose faith in the brand. I love luxury stuff and I've always been a fan of their products, but this experience is making me think twice about buying from them again. I'd advise others to be cautious before splurging on items from this brand.

    Perfume purchase for son's birthday

    I got this perfume for my son's birthday for 265 bucks. Supposed to come in a nice box with a mini and 2 samples, but all I got was the perfume. Called customer service and they said they'd send the missing stuff before my boy's big day. Still waiting, can you believe it? Talked to someone who couldn't find my order and said it was another person who dealt with it, but that person wasn't around. What a mess! Never buying from them again, that's for sure.

    Rouge Forever Liquid Lipstick

    I picked up this lipstick while I was traveling, and let me tell you, the color and quality are top-notch. But, man, the formula is super runny - like way too runny. It's like a spill waiting to happen, and it stained everything in sight. I had a serious accident where it got all over my clothes, and no amount of stain remover could fix it. The price I paid for this lipstick was no laughing matter, and the thought of that stain on my favorite shirt almost made me cry. Oh, and a little tip - try not to eat greasy foods while wearing it, 'cause it'll wear off faster.

    I bought some makeup at a duty-free store and it was a total letdown. Even though I shelled out a good chunk of change, the foundation and bronzer I got were way off when it came to matching my skin tone. When I stepped outside, I realized they had a weird red and orange undertone, which made them completely unwearable. I can't help but feel like I got tricked into buying them, and now I'm stuck trying to figure out where to send them back.

    Shoes with mismatched laces

    I bought a pair of shoes online not too long ago and when they arrived, I was pretty bummed to see that they had different colored laces - one was a bright white and the other was more of an off-white. I tried contacting customer service to see if they could help, but no luck. They just made excuses and didn't really do much to fix the issue. The company argued that it was just the lighting in the pictures, but it was pretty obvious that the colors didn't match. After going back and forth for months, they flat out refused to swap out the laces or give me any sort of solution that would work. I even went into a store in person and they still wouldn't help me out. So, I ended up stuck with a pair of shoes that looked off and didn't really go together, all for a steep price of 800 euros.

    I just bought this fancy designer handbag at the store, and let me tell you, the customer service was seriously lacking. The person I talked to, who said they were an ambassador for the brand, was super rude, talked down to me, and didn't really help at all. They didn't even listen to what I was saying and seemed more focused on defending the brand than actually fixing the problem. It was just a frustrating and all-around unpleasant experience.
