Swimsuit
I received my swimsuit March 4, 2023 and tried to initiate a return March 15th and they said too much time has passed! That is literally ridiculous! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Terrible return policy! Buyer beware because you also have to pay for the return.
bikini
I ordered a bathing suit at the end of March that took 2 weeks plus to arrive. After finding out it didn’t fit, I immediately returned it and didn’t get a notification for over a week and a half after they had received it. This was at the end of April. We are now three weeks into May and I have not seen a single sign of my $90 refund. I’ve tried to contact them via phone four different times but they “aren’t taking customer service calls due to Covid-19” supposedly. Terrible business with literally no way to get in contact with them. Ended up buying a nearly identical suit from a competitor and that experience was much smoother and didn’t make me want to rip my hair out like my experience with Dippin’ Daisy’s. I cannot emphasize enough DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Bikini Bottom and Bikini Top
The company was selling swimwear through Express Clothing. I ordered a matching bikini bottom and top. However, they sent me an email saying they mailed the bottom, but didn't have the top available. I could not get my money back from express because I used the DD vendor. I had to contact them. I contacted them, but have yet to get a response. This company was not ready for growth. The service is not good at all.
Dippin Daisy's online order
I am still waiting on a refund after a month of emails to them. Worst customer service. It has been weeks since they received my return and I still have not received my refund/money in weeks after receiving my items. They said it would take 10 days after they received my swim suits or it has been a month and still no refund!
I shop a lot and I have never had to call a company (that doesn't return calls or answer them) OR email me back with no response or refund! I would never trust this company with online orders, again!Pants
Horrible company. I purchased a pair of pants off the express website. These pants came form Dippin daisy even though I was made to believe I was buying form express. When I returned them I was told I would get my refund in 1-2 weeks. It’s 2 weeks and no refund. I have called and emailed and still no refund! Horrible expand will never ever shop here again. I am still waiting for a refund!
