Laptop purchase
I was pretty annoyed at first because my orders kept getting delayed and not shipped on time, but Discount Electronics really stepped up to fix the issue. They called me twice and sent an email to apologize for the delays and promised to refund the shipping charges. They also told me they were fixing a glitch on their website causing the delay. I was really impressed by how quickly and sincerely they handled the situation, it definitely made me trust their customer service again. I've always known Discount Electronics for their great products, and now I can say they have top-notch customer service too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality electronics and awesome customer support. Oh, and by the way, their hold music is really good!
Laptop repair
I had to take my laptop to Discount Electronics because I had an unexpected BIOS issue. The guy helping me out, Almando, really knew his stuff. He told me exactly what to expect in terms of how long it would take to get fixed and where it would be sent for repairs. The whole thing went smoothly, and they took care of my laptop without charging me anything extra. I'm actually typing this review on the same laptop now that it's all fixed up, and I have to say, I'm super thankful for how professional and helpful the staff at Discount Electronics were.
New laptop
I got a new laptop from this place for the first time and I was really pumped. The laptop came in just two days, super fast! They sent it out for delivery the same day I ordered it, which was amazing. When I got the laptop, it was even better than I thought. No dings, everything worked perfectly. I was thrilled with my buy and will definitely return here when I need another computer. Oh, and I had a little trouble figuring out how to get the WiFi working, so I gave them a call. They answered right away and guided me through it. Top-notch service!
Computer
I gotta admit, I was seriously impressed with the customer service I got at Discount Electronics. The guy helping me out, Greg, really knew his stuff when it came to computers. I've never met anyone as knowledgeable in the field as he was. He answered all my questions and helped me pick out the perfect computer for what I needed. My computer showed up yesterday, and even though there was a little scuff on the side, it works like a dream. I'm super happy with my buy and the whole deal at Discount Electronics.

Discount Electronics totally came through with the laptop I got from them. It's super sleek, packed with power, and exactly what I was looking for. Desktop and Laptop Systems
I went to the store and let me tell you, this guy Armando was awesome. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped me pick out the perfect desktop. They didn't have the laptop I wanted, but he tracked it down at another store and got everything set up for me. I was in and out of there in a flash! Armando is the best!
Laptop purchase, warranty service
I just got a laptop from Discount Electronics, and after 4 months, it wouldn't turn on. When I reached out to customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were. Greg really went the extra mile to help me out. He let me know that the laptop was still under warranty and they would fix it for free. I just had to cover the cost of shipping it to their spot in Austin. I was really impressed by Discount Electronics' commitment to making sure their customers are happy.
3 laptops and monitors for my office
Greg over at Discount Electronics really came through for me. I needed three laptops and monitors for my office, and he made sure to help me pick out ones that were just right for what I needed. I ran into some trouble trying to connect one of the laptops to the internet, but Greg called me back right away and talked me through the whole process. It was such a relief to have someone so helpful and knowledgeable on my side.

You know what, forget those other tech stores, Discount Electronics is the place to go. So, I got a laptop there and let me tell you, GregB was amazing! He totally saved the day.
