Titan ramp and Black Diamond wheel chock
Discount Ramps really went above and beyond for me. Their customer service is top-notch. They were quick to respond to my questions before I ordered, and they kept me in the loop the whole time. The products I got, the Titan ramp and Black Diamond wheel chock, were just like they said on the website - great quality. The ramp was packaged really well and came earlier than expected. The wheel chock, though, wasn't packaged as well and had some damage and missing parts from being handled roughly during shipping. I let Discount Ramps know what happened, and they gave me a refund without me even asking. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and I really appreciated it.
Black Widow Premium ATV Rear Cargo Box (p. N. ATV-CB-8030)
I just bought the Black Widow Premium ATV Rear Cargo Box from this company and I gotta say, I am really happy with how everything turned out. The product is top-notch and exactly what I was expecting based on the website description. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase and would absolutely suggest it to anyone else. Ordering was easy and without any problems, plus the shipment came quickly and in perfect condition.
Tie downs purchase
I'm a bit disappointed with the tie downs I bought. They were supposed to be high quality, but they didn't quite meet my expectations. This is the third time I've had this problem, and it's making me question the quality of all the products they're selling.
Universal roof rack purchase
This website is seriously terrible. I bought a roof rack for my car and it was a nightmare. Shipping was way too expensive, the product was crap, and don't even get me started on their return policy. Just do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon instead. They have way better stuff and customer service.
Ramp purchase for vehicle
Be sure to do your homework on the product before buying it. They say the company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, but from my experience, that wasn't the case with the ramp I got. Once I put it in, I realized it blocked my back lights and turn signals, which is definitely not safe. And on top of that, the company wouldn't give me a refund, so now I'm stuck with something I can't even use. So be careful if you decide to do business with them - their satisfaction promise might not be worth much.
Ramp Cover Purchase
I bought a ramp cover online recently, but it turned out to be the wrong size, so I had to return it. The return process was a headache though. The website didn't explain the return policy well, and when I contacted customer service, they just told me the item couldn't be returned without much explanation. I tried to get more details, but they didn't provide any. The lack of transparency and communication was really disappointing and left me feeling frustrated.
Pet trailer purchase
I bought a pet trailer from this company not too long ago and was happy with it at first. But then, a few months later, the trailer had a big problem and broke down. I tried to get help from the company, but they weren't helpful at all. They basically told me to figure it out on my own. Even though they said there was a warranty, they couldn't find any record of my purchase and didn't offer any solution for the messed-up product. I've just been running into dead ends and getting really frustrated trying to fix this mess. I'm really let down by how little help this company has given me.
Rusting Disability Ramp
I bought a disability ramp from this company around 9 months back and man, was I bummed out when I saw it starting to rust on the hitch and rollers. I reached out to customer service to chat about it, and they straight up told me it wasn't covered under warranty since it was made of a different material. On top of that, they asked me why I didn't say anything about the issue in the first 90 days of getting the ramp. Their lack of taking responsibility and not really caring about my concerns was super annoying and not cool. I was hoping for better quality and service from them, to be honest.

Easy to give money to them;
ZERO customer service! After item was listed as shipped, it never arrived. Spent almost a month calling and emailing with zero reply and not a single return phone call. After filing a complaint with BBB I received an email saying they would refund minus shipping costs…. THE ITEM NEVER WAS SHIPPED!
Do NOT trust this company,SilverSpring Deluxe Steel Folding Scooter & Wheelchair Carrier
REPLACEMENT PARTS NOT AVAILABLE for Silver Spring Deluxe Steel Folding Scooter & Wheelchair Carrier. After a slight hit to a lally column in a hospital garage, I found the ramp bracket bent and the double spring pull pin with handle no longer aligned with the bracket. After contacting the company for two simple replacement parts, I was told they DO NOT SELL ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS and I would have to replace the entire carrier approximately $200.00 After complaining about no replacement parts, customer service tried to tell me my 100 pound mobility scooter with ramp was too heavy for my Toyota RAV4 to trailer and I should not have bought the carrier. The two needed replacement parts would easily be repaired on the carrier with the use of a wrench needed to remove & replace 4 bolts and nuts. We purchased the carrier in August, 2020 and rust is already showing on all sections of the carrier. I would not recommend this carrier or company, DiscountRamps.Com due to the above.
