Quality Products and Exceptional Customer Service
I am a frequent customer of Displays2go, an online store that specializes in displays and trade show equipment. I have had many positive experiences with the company, both in terms of the products they offer and the level of customer service they provide.
I appreciate the wide variety of products that Displays2go has to offer, from banner stands and pop-up displays to literature racks and trade show accessories. Their products are high-quality and competitively priced, making it easy for me to find what I need within my budget. I also appreciate the detailed product descriptions and images that are provided on their website, as it makes it easy for me to determine whether a product is right for my needs.

Whenever I have had a question or concern, their customer service representatives have been knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. I was kinda bummed when I got my card stand in the mail and it was messed up. Luckily, my husband was able to fix it, but it was a pain to deal with. I contacted customer service, and they were really nice and told me it might have been damaged during shipping. Even though there was a problem at first, I gotta give it to them for their great customer service. They were super professional and friendly, which made me feel better about the situation. Even though I was annoyed about the damaged item, their awesome customer service makes me want to order from them again in the future.
Various display items
I just bought some display items from your website and they were great. But I gotta say, the shipping cost was a bit much! When I called customer service to talk about it, I wasn't too happy with the first person I talked to. Left feeling pretty frustrated, even wrote a bad review. But then, a Senior Customer Service Rep reached out to me and totally turned things around. She was on top of it, quick to respond, and really fixed everything up nice. Went from feeling bummed out to super impressed with the customer service.
Large orders with exceptional service
I just made two big orders from this company and man, they really stepped up their game on customer service! The person I dealt with was on top of it all, paid attention to the details, and really went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of for me. They even helped me get custom labels on all the boxes being sent to our warehouse, which saved me a ton of time. I gotta give credit where it's due, she's definitely top-notch and you can bet I'll be coming back for more orders in the future.
Slat wall and compartment purchase
I had such a great experience with customer service from Mike and Simon. They were super responsive and helpful, and made everything easy and enjoyable. The slat wall and compartment I bought were really good quality and priced well. I can't thank them enough for their awesome service.
Cardboard dump bin order
Oh man, let me tell you about this amazing cardboard dump bin I ordered! It totally blew me away, the quality was top-notch and the design on it was absolutely gorgeous. I was kinda worried about the artwork rules at first, but the team at the company really knocked it out of the park and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I am so thrilled with my purchase, couldn't be happier!
Workshop Series 8.5 x 11 Door Sign
We just got the Workshop Series 8.5 x 11 Door Sign for our church foyer. It's made of clear acrylic, so it looks like glass but won't break easily. The clear and frosted films that came with it were simple to print on and gave it a polished look once we put it up. The pre-drilled holes matched up perfectly and the mounting hardware was strong and easy to set up. We're really happy with how it turned out and will definitely buy more for our future signage updates.
Pop-up banner for meeting signage
As a newbie trying out a pop-up banner for our meeting, we were really happy with how well it worked. Normally we use printed signs, but this time we needed something easier to transport. The banner was great - everybody loved it and said nice things about it. We were so happy with how it turned out that we're gonna use it again for our next meeting. We might even order another one to make an even bigger impression.
Display stand
I got this really neat display stand, but it ended up breaking on the way to my house. I was pretty disappointed, but when I reached out to customer service, they were super nice about it. They sent me a replacement right away and even followed up with me after I wrote a review. I was really pleased with how they handled everything, and I'd definitely shop from them again because of their great customer service.
Display racks
I recently bought some display racks, and let me tell you, they were just what I was looking for. These things are super solid and top-notch quality. Unfortunately, one of my racks got swiped before it got to me, but the company was awesome and sent me a replacement right away, without charging me extra. I definitely suggest checking out this company for their top-notch products and great customer service.
TV wall mount purchase
I just got this TV wall mount bracket with an articulating arm and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. This thing is super well-made, strong, and was easy peasy to set up. Plus, the customer service I got was outstanding. Huge thanks to Matt for helping me out every step of the way. I definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for display solutions.
Magazine Stand
I ordered this magazine stand and it came really quick, like only four days after I ordered it. It's really sturdy and well-made, exactly what I needed! I'm thrilled I found this website. If you're in need of a nice display rack for your art or books, definitely give this place a look.
Pop-up banner
Hey, so I received this pop-up banner and the delivery time was spot on! It looks amazing, but we were expecting it to be like 10 feet by 10 feet and it's not. This threw off our graphics, so that was a bummer.
4 Tiered Magazine Rack
The 4 Tiered Magazine Rack I got was awesome for my collection. The instructions were a little confusing, but I figured it out and put it together right. It fits my bagged and boarded comics perfectly and spins smoothly with no problems. Overall, a solid addition to my "Nerd-Cave"!
Five Display Stands
Those display stands were seriously amazing! They were packed up super carefully and when we unwrapped them, they were even better than we expected. The quality of the stands is top-notch and the lighting they offer really made our jewelry collection pop. We ended up getting five stands in total and they all look fantastic together. Thanks a bunch for such an awesome product!
I got 10 easels
I ordered some easels and one was missing a piece, but they sent me a new one when it was ready. Pretty awesome!
