Quick response, helpful customer service
I recently bought something from this website and ran into some problems with the product I got. But, the customer service team was super quick to help and really took care of the issues. Fran, especially, went above and beyond to fix the first problem right away. Even when a second problem popped up a few months later, Fran was there to help again. I'm still waiting to see how the product holds up in the long run, but I really appreciate the amazing customer service from Domestify. Thanks for going above and beyond to make sure I'm a happy customer.
Unique gifts purchase
I just bought some really cool gifts from this company, and let me tell you, I am super impressed. The stuff I got was top-notch quality and totally unique. Plus, the shipping was crazy fast, caught me off guard in the best way. This company is now my first stop for all sorts of cool gifts and one-of-a-kind goodies. And the customer service team is awesome; they’re always on the ball, ready to help with any questions and give great service. Overall, my shopping experience with them has been fantastic, and I definitely suggest checking out their products.
Memory foam pillow purchase
I got this memory foam pillow from Domestify but it wasn't right for my wife. I reached out to the customer service team to ask about returning it, and they were so good about giving me all the details I needed. I was actually really surprised when the founder of the company personally apologized for the mix-up. It's not often you see a company go above and beyond like that to make sure customers are happy. It was nice to see how much Domestify cares about their customers and making things right.
Selection of various products
I just bought some stuff from this online store, and man, they have such a huge variety of products! Whether you're treating yourself or on the lookout for gifts, they've got something for everybody on there. I got so lost looking at all the different categories and tossing things into my cart, next thing I knew, hours had flown by.
Fast and excellent plant delivery
I recently bought some plants from this company and I was super impressed. The plants came right on time and looked amazing. The quality was top-notch and the customer service was fantastic from start to finish. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.
Dead plants received
My experience with Domestify was so disappointing. I ordered live plants and got two dead bare roots instead. I've been trying to get a refund for five days straight after waiting for two weeks, but haven't heard a peep from them. It's been super frustrating and unsatisfactory. I also contacted Walmart, where I made the online order, but they haven't been able to help either. I'm really unhappy and I want my refund right now.
