THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL
i moved in new dorm and it was so hectic for me. On top of that , i really needed to make my room look good because its so uncomfortable for me . My roommate also had same thoughts and we planned the whole idea of decorating it. We found dormify and it was so good at first glance. the options are just really pretty and i am so excited for this. From bed to bathroom, it covered everything. We opt for girly look but with minimum style and some funky additions of funny wall art. The items we bought from here , well everything is just superb and we love it more because it was hella affordable, here we got the stylist who helped us In Design, and visualizing it . it was really good service
Christmas present purchase
The customer service at this store is amazing. I bought a Christmas gift and later realized that the zipper was broken. Even though it was already more than 30 days since I purchased it, the store quickly reached out to me by email, giving me the choice of getting a new one, store credit, or a refund. If you're looking for cool bedroom stuff, I definitely suggest checking out this store.
Unacceptable customer service and order mix-up
The customer service at this company is just terrible. I've been trying to get in touch with them about a mix-up with my order, and they said they'd get back to me in 2-3 days, but they never did. Now I'm stuck with the wrong order and can't even find a phone number to call them directly. This lack of communication and responsibility is just not okay.
Faulty product
This product was a total disaster. It didn't even work and on top of that, I had to pay to ship it back. What a rip off! I was so disappointed with the quality and service.
Poor Quality Bed Set
I recently bought a bed set from this company, and man, was I let down by the quality. The set started falling apart after just a week, and it already looked beat up when I got it. I tried to return it, but customer service gave me the runaround and I ended up out $300. It's frustrating that they didn't stick to their return policy like they promised. This company used to be my go-to for dorm stuff, but now that there are so many other choices out there, I won't be shopping with them again. Overall, a really disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Duvet purchase
Wow, I can't believe it! I bought a duvet and when it showed up, there was this huge hole in it. I tried to get in touch with customer service on Twitter and Facebook, but nobody even got back to me. It's just crazy how they can treat a customer that way. Not hearing anything back and not getting it fixed is just not ok.
Unsettled debt from acquired company
I had a bad experience with this company after they bought out another company that owed my small business a lot of money. I tried reaching out to them several times to sort things out, but they flat out refused to pay up. I was really let down by their lack of honesty and professionalism.
Bedding set
I just bought a bedding set from this company, and let me tell you, I was super let down. The bedding quality was so bad - the fabric kept shedding on me and the seams started falling apart after only a few uses. I feel like I threw away $300 on something that wasn't even worth half of that. And to make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service about my issues, I never heard back. It was like talking to a wall. All in all, I feel like this company totally scammed me and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Bedding and room decor
I just bought some new bedding and room decor from this company, and honestly, I was really let down. The stuff just wasn't as good as I expected, and I think I paid way too much for it. I definitely could've found similar things for way cheaper on other websites.
Valentine's Day care package
I recently bought a Valentine's Day care package for my daughter who's away at college. It was supposed to come with a teddy bear, which was a big draw for us. But when it showed up, there was no bear. I contacted customer service right away to deal with it, but they gave me a bunch of conflicting info and weren't very helpful. Even though I showed them proof that the bear was advertised in both the picture and description of the package, they kept denying any mistakes. It was frustrating to see them change the website listing to take out the bear after I already bought it. And trying to blame another company they bought, OCM, was unprofessional and just made things more confusing and frustrating. In the end, they said I'd get a partial refund that never came through, and their lack of follow-up has made me feel let down and misled. Overall, my experience with this company was really disappointing, and I'd warn others to think twice before dealing with them.
