Chairs
I ordered pairs of chairs for a great price. They got here pretty quickly, but only 2 of the 3 pairs I ordered arrived. My email indicated 3 were delivered so I contacted them right away. I was told the manufacturer had run out and since I knew they were being discontinued, I knew they weren't backordered. I needed six chairs so I had to return them. The customer service rep handled everything including sending me prepaid labels and always answered my emails very quickly (Rohin A.). As far as the chairs go, the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was that they weren't quite as padded as advertised. They looked great, nice fabric and very sturdy. I would have kept them if I'd had 6 chairs for sure.
its good
I boughht the pillows and throws from here , my daughter wanted to redecorate her room and our living area. so we did some shopping here. It was first experience for me but she tied this before . Well i love what i am buying and also the quality is really good. the pillows are really awesome and throw fabric is really awesome. I might dont have very knowledgeable about this but it really less expensive i thought and also the delivery was fast and easy

I've been buying stuff from this company for a few years now, and let me tell you, their products are always top-notch. One of my best buys has been these hanging shelves made from old barn wood. They're not just well-made, but they also give my home a cozy, rustic vibe that I can't get enough of. Whenever people come over, they always ask about these cool shelves and I happily tell them where I got them - from this awesome company, of course!
Furniture Variety
I really like all the different types of furniture they have at this store. It's cool to see they have a blend of classic and modern styles for different preferences. The fact that the furniture meets current standards is a big plus for me since I care about quality and practicality. It's clear this online store is popular with customers, and it's easy to see why - they have a great selection that appeals to a lot of different tastes.
Solid products, slow services
The products I got at that store were top-notch, but man, the service was so sloooow. My order took forever to get to me, and when it finally arrived, it was missing stuff. Had to return things and buy them again, which was a huge hassle. And don't even get me started on trying to get help - there was no one around to talk to! Had to wait a whole day to hear back via email. A customer service phone number would've been way better for getting things sorted out quickly.
Stunning pair of armchairs
The armchairs we got are absolutely gorgeous and totally transformed our living room. The material is super high-quality, so we know they'll stick around for a while. They were a little pricier than we expected, but we were more than happy to splurge for such great quality.
Paint
I like it a lot. I thought it would have more color but not a big deal we will stain it. It also is a bit warped, we threw the box out zz we knew we were keeping it, before we it was warped. Again not a big deal we have gallons on paint with gallons of water on all 4 corners. We will use it and enjoy it.
Sofa
We have the sofa being used as a dining table bench to free up the chairs for additional seating when the leaves are added either side of the table. Great value for the quality of the sofa. Fits in great with our Restoration Hardware table and chairs
Beautiful family Art to hand Down to Children
The plaque arrived well packaged. It was nicely crafted and heavy made. Plague lives up to its size and description and looks beautiful when displayed on wall. This is a lovely piece for a family heirloom to hand down to your children.
Granddaughter's dress
Just got my granddaughter this cute dress in a size 8/10. It fits her perfectly for twirling around and still has some room to grow. The price was awesome and it arrived right on time. Overall, really happy with the whole experience!
Bedding set
I ordered this adorable bedding set that turned out to have a color I just didn't like. So I had to send it back, but man, it's like pulling teeth trying to get them to process my return! Seriously, why does it have to take so dang long just to get my money back? I just wanna use that cash to get something else.
Furniture purchase
Had a little trouble with my order at first, but they got it sorted out in the end. Talking to the shipping folks was tough and made me wonder if the website could be trusted. The furniture is top-notch, but the customer service could definitely be better.

Excellent product my thirds case in 5yrs. Very durable and have saved my phone numerous times.
Carpet
We purchased this carpet for our kitchen to warm it up a bit... it is great quality and the colors are beautiful! We love it!
Nightgown
Haven't slept on them yet but love the color and the product looks like they are made well. Lightweight for my Florida condo. I bought two more sets. Will trust them out tonight. Hope for a great experience!

When my product arrived damaged, they sent the right replacement parts promptly and without question. Reasonable prices, good quality and helpful service!
