Breezy summer dress
This cute summer dress is great for any event. It fits really nice and the fabric is high quality. I got a ton of compliments when I wore it to a garden party last weekend. Definitely a dress you need in your closet!
2 t-shirts
So, I ordered these two t-shirts from this place, you know? And man, it was a disaster! First off, they forgot to send my stuff until I had to shoot them an email two weeks later to figure out what was going on. Customer service, anyone? Then, guess what? FedEx lost my package! I get it's not entirely their fault, but still! I called FedEx and they said it's lost and to contact the seller. So I reach out to the store, send them all the screenshots and info, and what do they do? Absolutely nothing! They just said "oh well, tracking still says 'in progress' so..." Totally game over. And now, it's been over 7 weeks and still no t-shirts! I'm not a millionaire from the 90s, I just want my stuff! So, definitely never ordering from them again, would not recommend!
Recent clothing purchase
I gotta say, I was really pulled in by those online ads for this company, but man, my experience has been a huge letdown. So I splurged on a top from them, dropping nearly 100 bucks, but it's been four days now and my order still hasn't even shipped! And you know what? They wasted zero time charging my bank account. I shot them two emails about it, but no response. They claim they're not giving out a phone number for customer service because of Covid-19, which seems a bit fishy to me. It's frustrating as a customer to be left hanging with no info and no product in sight.
It shrank, paid to return
I'm really ticked off right now. I had to go through all this trouble to get a sweater that ended up shrinking two sizes. And on top of that, they made me pay to send it back. It's just not worth the headache, you know?
Dress
I bought a dress from this place and man, was I bummed out at how low-quality it was. I barely even wore it for an hour before throwing it in the wash, and it shrunk down to the size of a dang t-shirt. I tried hitting up the company and even sent 'em a pic of how my new purchase turned out, but they straight up said no to a refund. Now I gotta go through the whole legal process just to get some justice. It's so not cool, man.
Overpriced Dress
I am so frustrated with the terrible customer service I received. Apparently my package was delivered, but I never got it. I tried to get help, but all I got was a dismissive response telling me to call the post office. I have been sending emails for over two weeks with no reply, and I even tried reaching out on social media with no luck. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Happy Returns nightmare
I bought this dress from here and honestly, it was not my style at all. So, I sent it back through Happy Returns just like they told me to. But get this - it's been nearly TWO months and no sign of my refund yet! I even got an email confirming that they received my return, so where's my money at? I've reached out to customer service FOUR whole times and still nothing. Really?! Do they even care about us as customers?
Three dress order
I bought three dresses at the store recently, but only got two of them. I waited two weeks for an update but heard nothing, so I had to contact customer service. The lack of communication and the slow response time was frustrating. When I reached out again, they told me the third dress was out of stock. It's disappointing to wait over a month just to find out it's no longer available. My shopping experience was not good at all, and I don't plan on coming back. It seems like this company's practices are not very reliable, and I was very frustrated overall.
Address error on order
I got in touch with customer service right away when I realized I messed up the shipping address on my order. But they went ahead and charged me and shipped it out without letting me fix the mistake. I've been trying to reach them multiple times, but I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone to help me fix this issue.
Sandals return experience
My experience returning a pair of sandals from this company was super frustrating. It was so hard to get help from customer service, I could only communicate through email. And when I finally got a response, it was all wrong and felt like they were just trying to stall so my return would be late. On top of that, the quality of my new sandals was way worse than before. I think ever since this brand got bought out, the customer service and the products just aren't as good.
