    I would probably give them like half a star if I could. Their customer service is just awful - waited around for 3 days just to get a return label, sent 4 emails and got no response. Couldn't even find a phone number to call for help. Definitely not planning on buying anything from them again. I used to always shop in their store, but this online experience was just a letdown and super irritating.

    Cute dress, no refund

    Oh my gosh, this company is seriously the worst! I ordered the cutest dress online, but it never showed up! And when I asked for my money back, they were just like "nope, sorry." It's so not cool, all I wanted was a refund for the dress I never received. Ugh, it's beyond frustrating!

    Recent return experience

    I've been a loyal customer for years and always happy with my purchases from this store. But my recent experience trying to return two items has really disappointed me. I finally got a return label, but the tracking info says they haven't received the items and I haven't gotten my credit. I've emailed customer service multiple times, but all I get are automated responses that don't help. I can't cancel the part of my order that never came, and the website's virtual assistant can't connect me to a real person. I'm so frustrated with this brand for not helping me and not fixing the problem.

    I gotta tell you, buying clothes online was a big ol' mistake. This company I ordered from totally ripped me off, didn't even send my stuff! I mean, come on! I tried reaching out, but they just ignored me. No phone number or nothing! I used gift cards too, so I'm out of luck getting my cash back. Total scam, folks. Stay far away!

    I recently ordered some replacement jeans online because I already bought a pair in the store. But when I got them, I was pretty disappointed with how they looked and how they fit. They didn't match the measurements that were on the website, and it was obvious that they weren't put together as nicely as my original pair. I tried to reach out a few times to get a refund, but all they offered me was store credit. This whole thing just left me feeling pretty let down and annoyed with their customer service.

    I had a really bad experience with this store. I thought I could order the stuff I wanted, but turns out they didn't actually have it in stock. When I called customer service, they kept giving me lame excuses like "pre-sale" or "still on the way" and wouldn't give me a refund because apparently, the stuff was already on its way. It's been two weeks since I ordered, and now the items aren't even on their website anymore. I don't even want the stuff anymore, and I don't think I'll ever see my money back based on what others have said in their reviews.

    So, hey, if you need to return something at that store, you're kinda out of luck. Their customer service is seriously lacking. Instead of giving you a refund, they only offer these limited gift cards. It's frustrating when you can't get exactly what you want.

    Online subscription cancellation issue

    I had the worst customer service experience at this online store recently. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for like three months now, but even though they said it was canceled, they keep charging my card. It's just so frustrating and shady. I wouldn't recommend trusting this store with your financial info at all.
